It really does work, I am so happy that it helped me heal some recent scars on my face that came from picking at ingrown beard hairs.
My skin was very raw and red, and it was taking a while to heal properly. I had used this in the past and it worked again.
Just apply regularly throughout the day, make sure your face is cleaned prior. A scar that was taking WEEKS and was leaving a dark spot is now clearing up.

Light, cool, hydrating gel that sinks in. Helps heal wounds to limit the appearance of Scarring & resulting Discoloration. It’s *very hydrating and soothing,* so I put a large glob on my blistered 2nd Degree Burn, let it soak in for 20 min, then seal it in with silicone tape or even better, that over tatto tape to orotect from dehydration, friction, water, dirt & leave on for 24 hours. My wound started healing much better/ quickly! What a relief!
Today, my lips were irritated because I kind of do something not recommended by dermatologists & I put my Tretinoin around my mouth a couple times a week, but I accidentally spread it onto my lips when applying lotion on top. That kind of irritation is DEEP, but this helped within 30 minutes! Unheard of!
Has no scent. Glides onto skin like a luxurious wet gel lotion, but better. Cooling but not minty.. wet and hydrating- like aloe, but better. Then it starts to feel a little sticky when it first srarts drying, but it doesn’t stay sticky. Gotta say, it imediately soaked deeply into my skin & lips, then it wasn’t sticky & LEFT NO RESIDUE! 😃
This legitimately hydrates deeper than my expensive, luxury brand products, including my favorite 80 dollar serum lotion! I’m going to start using under my eyes! 🥰
Highly recommend. Couldn’t be happier. I pair with Remedy Silicone Barrier Skin Protector. That’s luxury. Both have great ingredients, texture & dry down, and pair well together as long as you let the gel dry before applying the Silicone Protective Barrier.

I’m so impressed with this gel!! I honestly thought it was a gimmick like other brands but this is the real deal! BUT I can only speak for newer scars, not older ones.
To make a long story short, I herniated a disc in my lower back again, I couldn’t walk, sit or stand, so I was bed bound. Stupid me, was smoking a cigarette while laying down in bed since I wasn’t able to move and I had dropped it on my chest and hot ashes went everywhere, burning the crap out of my chest! Yes, it hurt very bad and I had blisters for weeks. It looked wicked bad. As they started to heal I was so embarrassed and knew I wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing any kind of V neck and swoop neck shirt. I already had this on hand from a surgery that I never ended up using it for. Once the blisters healed about 4 weeks later, I started using this 2-3 times a day. It says 4 times a day but I didn’t always remember to use it. But at the very least, I used it twice a day. After about 7-10 days I noticed a huge difference!! They were lightning up dramatically. I literally couldn’t believe my eyes! And was happy with tears due to the improvement. The pictures I’m providing are from the first time I used it On 1/28/24 and so forth. And are dated.
Also, I made sure to take the before and after pictures in the same lighting in
Our bathroom so it’s more accurate.
This gel is 100% clear and did not stain my clothes. It also dries quickly and smoothly. No tackiness or no negative reactions. ( I do have sensitive skin but more so on my face then body) this doesn’t have a scent that I noticed.
I hope this review is helpful. I’m a firm believer that this products works and now I’m willing to try their other skin care products. I just hope I have the same great results.

I have a decent amount of scarring on my arms, and while I wasn’t expecting this gel to make them go away since they are all 3+ years old, I was hoping it would help reduce these weird holes I started getting. They are just little dents in the scar itself. After just 2 weeks I can already see a difference! While I am not expecting it to get rid of these scars, it definitely has seemed to clear them up.

I burned myself so bad 6 days ago in the oven.. I touched my hand on the heating element on 500°F broil.. (skin was peeling off and it was super pink and raw) and I applied this to the burn daily 3x a day and it’s almost completely gone. I never heal this fast from burns so this is astonishing. Great product! I was watching the burn get moisturize each time I applied the ointment and it would absorb in the burn and plump it up and help the skin go back to normal.

Everything take time. I’ve been using the Cicatricure Face & Body Advanced Scar Gel for a few weeks now on some older scars and stretch marks. While I’ve only finished one tube, I can already see some slight improvements. The gel is easy to apply, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave a greasy residue, which I appreciate. Although the results aren’t drastic yet, I understand that scar treatment takes time, and I’m optimistic. I’m planning to purchase another tube to continue the treatment and see if the results become more noticeable with extended use. I’m hopeful this will help fade my scars even more with consistent application!
