I love how this UGARDEN CicaPlus Foam Cleanser feels on my face. The feel and look of it reminds me of marshmallow crème/fluff! It is very thick and dense, but when added to water, smooths easily on the skin. The cleanser feels very luxurious and is like a treat to the skin.
The cleanser is purported as being mild, and I have had no issues with my face after using it. I ran the ingredients through a checker, and there’s a lot of good stuff in this product, including Allantoin (soothing), Ceramide (hydrating, anti-aging), Cica (soothing, anti-aging), & Glycerin (hydrating, anti-aging)! There is one ingredient that was flagged for being bad – potassium hydroxide aka lye, which can irritate the skin. I am surprised that this ingredient is in this product, considering it is supposed to be a calming face wash. I will say that if you get it in your eyes, it does burn, so maybe that is due to the lye.
In all, I really like this cleanser. It feels like it gets the job done. My face literally feels squeaky clean after washing!
Freestyle –
UGARDEN CICAPLUS Foam Cleanser has many different qualities. It starts out as a rich cream, then when applied to wet fingers it makes a nice bubbly lotion. As water is applied to wash it off the face, it is kind of foamy and then you are left with a VERY tight feeling on the face. It definitely feels clean but maybe a bit too tight for me. After applying my moisturizer though, my face feels really clean and not dry at all. There are no ingredients listed on the tube but the box has the ingredient list. This cleanser has a very light scent which is listed as “Fragrance” so I can’t really put my finger on what scent it is but I like it.

When this came out of the bottle it looked promising.
Then I sniffed it. It takes like I don’t know what. Apple maybe? But not in a good way. I don’t hate the smell, but I definitely don’t like it.
While it definitely felt like it did a great job cleaning, it also made my skin feel tight and almost a bit dry. I’m probably going to use what’s left in the bottle but there are far better options out there.

The bottle says moisturizing, but this actually caused my face to dry out and my skin to flake. I was expecting it to leave my skin feeling soft and moisturized and instead this worked more as a gentle skin peel. After exfoliating and moisturizing, my skin did look refreshed, so I guess if you’re looking for a peel, this could be a good option.
The cleanser is thick and creamy, and it only takes a little to do the entire face and neck.

This comes out of the tube super thick. it does work well though, good for removing my makeup. I have to moisturize after this though because my face feels a little dry. Might be a little too strong for my sensitive skin.
Freestyle –
This is a very mild cleanser. It says “foam cleanser” on the tube, but it reminds me of gel shave cream. It comes out in a thin line but is very dense. When you add water with it in the palm of your hand, it gets very creamy, almost like cold cream. It does feel very nice on the face and rinses clean. This cleanser contains Asiatica extract which is supposed to be calming to the skin. Although the cleanser feels nice and rinses clean, I think it has a very unique aroma. It is hard to describe and although I wouldn’t say it is an unpleasant smell, I certainly can’t say that it is a pleasing aroma.

UGARDEN CICAPLUS Foam Cleanser
This cleanser dispenses as an iridescent cream that creates a thick, rich lather on contact with water. it cleans gently, without drying out skin, but thoroughly. I wear sunblock daily and it had no trouble with that, even water-resistant formulas. It’s great for my oily but aging skin. Unscented. Leaves skin feeling soft and hydrated. You use so little that this tube will last for months. Should be appropriate for all skin types.

Hello Friends, I selected this foaming facial wash
I included an unboxing video with this review so you can see the product . It is a good size bottle of facial cleanser. It is a white cream cleanser with a slight pearl appearance. It contains Centella asiatica (cica) and ceramide. Cica is an herb used for moisture, inflammation, and overall skin health. Ceramide is found in healthy skin. It has a light foaming action. It has a very thick creamy foam. I didn’t notice it leaving my skin moisturized but it did leave it clean. If I notice any side effects from using it I will return to this review and update it. So far, I like it.
