I was very surprised with the results i got from taking Superior Labs chromium picolinate. My blood sugar was rising way to high after eating carbs (well above 200). I would take my reading in the morning and they were above 100. After taking C P my numbers came down to a manageable range. Now instead of spiking over 200, after eating carbs, i am in the 140 range and my morning test is in the 90’s. I am very happy with my results. I hope, if you try this, that your numbers will drop as well. Worth a try. Jay

I felt good energy wise and mood while taking this supplement, however I quickly noticed very itchy dry skin on my neck and face. A little research told me this can be a side affect. It was severe enough I had to discontinue use.

It looks like this Chromium Picolinate works for me, in 2-3 weeks my glucose level dropped by 10 and I lost 2 pounds. If it continues working like that, my opinion is that this is a great product. I will definitely use it in the future. I gave it 4 stars because I have not seen the long time effect yet.

I’ve been using 500 mcg of Chromium Piccolinate twice a day as recommended by my doctor of integrative medicine for the regulation of insulin response to the sugar levels in my body along with Cylon Cinnamon and a low glycemic diet. This product has worked very well!
I was concerned when I received the last bottle because the pills has decreased in size dramatically! Not sure if I trusted the company anymore, I reached out to their customer service and sent them a photo. After a couple of exchanges with the same customer service rep, I was pleased to receive this detailed knowledgeable response:
“Absolutely, I understand your concern. We are now using a new, specialized brand of rice flour called “Nu-Rice” that removes most of the moisture out of the primary ingredient giving it a smaller volume which allows for us to use a smaller capsule. In addition, the “NU-rice” is certified organic, non-irradiated, Vegan, Non-gmo and certified gluten free.”
Sounds good to me 🙂 I’ll keep using this product for as long as needed.
