   In the past I had taken his capsules. You can either add a dropper into some water and drink it, but I prefer to just take it straight from the dropper. I can feel it open the sinuses immediately. Plus I can use 1/4 dropper to a whole dropper depending upon my needs each day.

   I don’t find this did much for me personally although I like the taste and feel. I took it a few times and one time it seemed to cause me a slight sore throat and the other it seemed to cure me of it which was a little weird. Something similar happened with two other herbs by another reputable brand so I’m not sure if it was this herb or just my throat bugging me at odd times, coincidentally around the same time of me taking this herb. I did try putting it as a rub on a stuffy nose once to see how it would impact my nose externally but I noticed no particular effect. It’s possible I might need to take more of this to see any beneficial results so I’ll update on how I feel overall after. For now, I’ll give it a 3.

   My husband won’t take it because it smells like super glue..I dilute it with water and just take a shot..it worked for my sinus infection..maybe something is wrong with my bottle but all these reviews saying they like the taste..it is nasty..not cayenne spicy at all..maybe I got a bad batch🤷🏻‍♀️

   For some reason the product was never delivered. But it is an absolutely great product if you need a good sinus herbal tincture.

   At night I have had terrible sinus congestion and it wakes me up at night choking on the drip. I hate taking anything but I got tired of it night after night and coughing all morning. I finally just tried this since the reviews were so positive. I put it in the larger size capsule filling the longer end and took it in the evening. I really had no expectations that it would do anything but it actually did. After about an hour I really noticed I was no longer all plugged up and blowing my nose. I actually made it through the night with very little sinus drip and no coughing when I got up! I still can’t believe this actually worked and no odd foggy feelings or dry to the point of nose bleeds. My husband has been using it for a while with good results, but he claims it works for three days or so and then not so much, so he alternates every three days with sinus spray and this product. Wish I tried it sooner, it worked great for me, now I can sleep again without drowning!

   I found Dr. Christopher’s product after purchasing a similar product that’s very expensive. This sinus plus had very similar ingredients at a more affordable price. A big plus is that it’s made/manufactured in the USA and Non-GMO.

   Taste is a little sweet with a tiny amount of spiciness. I take it straight or add it to a gulp of water. I keep my bottle in the fridge. I know I’ll be back for more when I run out. Dr. Christopher’s quality supplements will be a staple at my house going forward.

   Does not treat or prevent any sinusitis. Finished the bottle with no relief.
