I braved the 20-day Dr. Christopher Candida Cleanse using this formula and as a result, I stopped having chronic yeast infections, skin issues, certain food cravings, and water retention. I also lost a good amount of weight around my mid-section, butt, and legs (but that was a side bonus – not the focus). What was noticeable was the sense of lightness and energy that I felt at the end. Not as much ‘brain fog’ either.
The first two days of the cleanse using this brought some headaches so I will warn that this could happen and you probably won’t feel like doing much…but it’s all worth it!

I have used this Intestinal Sweep formula numerous times. First as part of Dr Christopher’s Candida Cleanse, then as maintenance to keep my gut and blood healthy, and also in conjunction with other cleanse programs like juice fasting and mono-diets. This herbal formula does work! Full success depends on the proper use of the supplement and following a proper diet. If you are feeding your candida with a poor diet, then the herbs won’t have the full effect.
*** Below I’ve included the instructions on how to perform Dr. Christopher’s 3.5 week Candida Cleanse. ***
This formula includes an array of the world’s most powerful anti-fungal herbs: Black Walnut, Pau D’Arco, Olive Leaf, Usnea, Oregano, Cloves, Oregon Grape Root. The Black Walnut and Pau D’Arco are in extract form – which is concentrated at 7-10x the potency of the dried herb form. All of these herbs work in combination, with each addressing different parts of the cleansing process.
When taking these pills (providing that you are not eating sugary foods), you should feel the yeast/candida systems stop within a few hours. It is important to continue to take the capsules because there is more yeast than what is causing your symptoms and you want to kill off all of it. So continue to take the capsules for at least 2 days. Do not be shy about taking these pills, candida can be very difficult to kill.
If you experience any detox symptoms (headaches, nausea, diarrhea, sweating, weakness, sleepy), they are caused by the die-off of the yeast. Do not stop taking the herbs or you will stop the cleanse. Detox symptoms are a good thing and are a sign of effective cleansing. The symptoms will go away once the majority of the toxins/yeast is eliminated. Also using antibiotics will destroy your healthy gut bacteria as well as the bad bacteria. I have tried over a dozen other candida cleanse pills – ReNew Life, Candex, Solaray, New Chapter, and others. The great majority (like 90%) did not help. Some created zero change. Many companies use junk herbs – low quality, not organic, low potency – in pretty packaging. Many products do not recommend taking enough herbs to make a difference. This is a 3.5 week program which begins with mega-dosing Intestinal Sweep (5 capsules 5 times per day for 2 days), combined with Dr Christopher’s Lower Bowel Formula 100 Vegetarian Capsules or Lower Bowel 2 Ounces (follow the dosage on the bottle) for two days. This kills off the candida in the intestines
Then for 14 days, take Christopher’s Soothing Digestion — 650 mg – 180 Vegetarian Capsules (5 caps 5x per day) to heal the mucus membranes and lesions in the intestinal wall. You should continue to take the Intestinal Sweep 2 caps 3x per day during this phase.

Ordinary colon cleansers only the colon which the upper small intestines according to medical dictionaries is not a part off. You cant even get an upper intestinal sweep at a hospital by prescription. This is a must buy. Takes a bout 5 days for effects to be noticable. There should be no bad reviews of this stuff! Mine didnt contain any broken pills as of jan 2024 mayve this problems veen resolved.
