I have been using creatine for over 30 years, Have reviewed many brands, Powder, capsules and gummies.
This will be the first “single serving pack” I’ve tried.
The Good: First thing I always do when trying a new creatine, the mix test, How well does it mix in water, this one is actually pretty good, better than average, (not the best I’ve tested but still better than most)
I also take a good dose on an empty stomach (not recommended, but that is how I test) In this case I took a full 5 gram dose on empty stomach, no issues at all.
Secondly no measuring involved.
The package did open pretty nicely and pored out no problem.
That being said I feel it is only “somewhat’ convenient, mostly because you still have to have a thing of water and a way to mix it (a good shaker will work),I feel that in most cases simple capsules would be just a convenient.
As for cost, the cost per ounce listed at the time of my review is not correct. For comparison purposes I convert everything to cost per gram, This product is way more expensive than pretty much all of the powders and still more expensive than most capsules. If compared to gummies, I thing this is probably a better deal than most.
I would also prefer to see the product having a third party tested label, Creatine is pretty cheap to make and for the most part companies don’t cut the corners as far as supplying what the label says, but still I give higher ratings to companies that have third party testing.

5 gram creatine dose just tear and pour out in your beverage of choice. Dissolves instantly no grit, flavorless and no mess. No more having to carry canisters of white powder around. No leaving powder sprinkles around. Bring on flights, in locker rooms and store in athletic gear bags, backpacks and in your pockets. Great for college students and work force warriors with the goals of increasing strength and size whom also could use something pre measured easy to store and hide.

I bought these specifically for travel, so I would have prepackaged/labeled packets rather than having to carry a large container in my carry-on or risk TSA having an issue with me carrying little baggies of white powder. The creatine seems fine, but the packets are difficult to tear open. It sort of defeats the purpose of being an “on the go” packet if I need to find scissors or something to open it. Incorporating an “open here” starting slit like many other products do to allow a clear tear would be helpful.

Love the convenience of this when I’m traveling. Dissolves easily. Pricier than other creatine brands, but find that the quality is a bit higher, it’s easy to dissolve. Love that it’s flavorless.
