I only take one to two a day, but I can tell it is good quality. Since I only have one larger meal a day, I knew I probably wasn’t getting enough of this nutrient. I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now and I can tell that I am thinking a bit quicker and clearer.

These capsules were a comfortable small size, not a huge pill to swallow. there was a little vitamin smell upon opening the bottle but not overpowering. Because the pills are smaller, a dose is 3 capsules, so consider this if quantity of separate pills is an issue. I would buy again!

This is an 80-day supply for 9 bucks! It’s an excellent buy. This is a blend of choline and omega, which I like. It’s 3 capsules per dose – I’m not a fan of taking 3 capsules and wished the potency could be reached in a single capsule. These are easy to swallow and I don’t really notice a flavor. There could be many variables when taking supplements, but I think there’s something to this product. I haven’t experienced any negative effects, so I’ll keep taking them. The company seems reputable and has their own website. It’s a non-gmo product. I can’t completely attest to getting focus or this helping my liver, but it seems to be helping me. It’s worth a try and is affordable.

I will provide any known benefits and side-effects I experience from each supplement I take personally; however, effects are often unapparent for many months – if at all. For this reason, I choose to place more emphasis on product safety in my reviews and will point out weaknesses.
My ancestors were slaves in the lowcountry barrier islands on my mother’s side and Native Americans from the Great Smoky Mountains of NC on my father’s. Herbal remedies have been a part of my heritage for centuries. I was treated with herbs since birth, grow many of my own, and they have been a part of my life for over 60 years. I have successfully treated numerous friends and family members in our coastal community.
Now finally, many previously unavailable herbal remedies are on the market. This is a mixed blessing, because the industry is largely unregulated. I hope that I may better assist Amazon buyers by publishing my reviews in this manner.

The price is fine for the quantity but they suggest taking three capsules per day. I take a lot of supplements so I can’t take three capsules of the same type per day. I need supplements that pack more into one capsule, even if the pill needs to be larger. So I only take one per day and I’m getting around 165mg while my last brand gave me 250mg per capsule. I’m sure adding the omega-3 is taking up the space. The capsule size is fine but I’d rather it be larger with more packed in each. You receive a nice quantity but if you were to take three per day then you are only getting 80 servings, which is not great for the price. Quality seems fine. Seems that most of these brands are pushing three servings per day. I’ll look for yet another brand.

Fast shipping. Easy to take capsules, I take 1 with breakfast, lunch & dinner. Choline I discovered by accident when I was pregnant, Choline is great for baby brain development & for my brain. I feel much calmer, better focus. With the omega 3 in here I have 1 less supplement to take. I love that the other ingredients are normal. Exp date is 2026 so I know the bottle hasn’t been sitting around. Good quality. Well worth the money.
