Not sure of the reason, but this made my throat worse. I began coughing immediately upon spraying the Chloroseptic into my mouth.

This burns like you wouldn’t believe! While experiencing a sore throat, I tried this and had high hopes. It really seemed to burn and was not comforting! I’ve used other things like this that didn’t cause pain like this one.

I purchased this last October for the monthly care package I send to my grandmother who lives in another state. At the time, I included everything I could think of in case she got a cold from one of the other senior citizens in her independant living center; Vicks, tissues, decongestant that’s safe for high blood pressure people, throat lozenges, etc., and this spray. She made it through most of the winter before needing this earlier this month. When she did use it recently, she was not impressed and made sure I knew that she wasn’t impressed.

As other reviewer said, picture is misleading — what I got is “improved taste” version. And this “improved” taste is less than OK. It does its job though.
