I can’t really say one way or another whether these “work”, I haven’t been able to notice any obvious effects from using it neither positive or negative but I’m mainly interested in taking it for it’s “hidden” health benefits. It’s more of a maintenance thing than something that solves any specific problem. You’ve probably already decided you want a Reishi supplement by the time you’re reading this anyway. This brand seems totally legit though, it’s made in Canada and a Canada based company so I totally trust that what it says is in the pill is what’s actually there, that’s not something you can always rely on when getting things cheaper from unknown sources. It’s expensive, but knowing what you’re getting and getting it from a Canadian company usually costs more and I think it’s worth it.

The reishi mushrooms offer a magnitude of health benefits and only require 2 small capsules to be taken daily. Now unlike Lion’s Made, which you notice the improvement quickly, reishi is not a mushroom that will provide a noticeable improvement because it is a proactive supplement, meaning that it will help protect you against future diseases and illnesses more than anything, so you are taking a pre-emptive approach by providing protection to your immune system.

What an interesting product this is from Eversio Wellness (a renowned Canadian company that has amazing manufacturing processes and uses only non-GMO, gluten-free, Vegan, organic ingredients). The Chill Reishi Mushroom Daily Calm Support is a powerful product that is made from the organic fruiting bodies of mushrooms (ganoderma lucidum, to be exact).
Just some of the many benefits of these mushroom capsules include antioxidants and immune system support, as well as increased resistance to stress and nourishment for the heart and blood. This alone should be enough to convince you to give these a try!
I haven’t been taking them long enough to tell for certain if they are making a difference in my overall health, but I can say with certainty that you NEED to take them with food, otherwise they cause upset stomach issues for sure. I can also say that after taking them, even during a stressful day, I was able to cope and manage in a reasonably calm manner – and that is saying a lot in my life right now. This is an excellent quality reishi supplement. It comes in a resaleable pouch with 60 capsules. The packaging does a good job describing exactly what this product is, which is a 15:1 reishi extract. This equates to consuming 7.56 grams of dried reishi. This is a Canadian product so it has an NPN designation meaning it has been reviewed by Health Canada for safety and efficacy. The expiry date stamped on the package is September 2023.
Upon opening the bag, I can smell the reishi mushroom. This medicinal mushroom has many different benefits, such as supporting the immune system, resistance to stress and nourishing the heart and blood. It also has powerful antioxidants. The capsules are easy to swallow. After taking them for a few weeks, I can definitely feel that they help stabilize my mood in response to daily events. The manufacturer recommends up to 2 capsules per day. This can add up quickly, in terms of cost, since the supplement is a bit pricey. I take two capsules daily and this dosage is effective for me. For anyone looking for a concentrated, good-quality reishi extract, this is a wonderful choice. Full marks from me!
