If you want to be stress free, try the so long stress from chewsy. They keep you calm and focused. Since I was already tired from lack of sleep, I didn’t try to do much. I simply just relaxed so that I can see if I could feel anything from taking the chewsy.
They literally worked right away for me. The day that I received them, is the same day I popped a chewsy so long stress in my mouth. A few hours later, I received the calmness and focus that was very much needed.
I think they make me sleepy as well, but that too is very much needed as I have been having issues with sleeping.
I purchased the smaller version of Chewsy So Long Stress because I first wanted to just try them out to see if they actually work. THEY DO WORK!!!! ON THE SAME DAY!!!! I definitely will be purchasing the bigger one ASAP…rn actually lol. If I could give it 100 stars, I would. GET THIS GUYSS!!!! IT WORKS!!!!

Ya’ll I have WILD KIDS. W I L D. Whenever I see something that has “calming” on it, I immediately get it because I am desperate mamma over here. DESPERATE. I do like how this product has worked. It certainly doesn’t turn my kids into zombies, but more so allows their brain to focus and do what it needs to do. My kids do not like the taste and so we do not take them very often. I have used them myself when I have struggled with anxiety or over stimulation. I don’t mind the taste. Overall it is a good product, but because my kids do not like the taste, I don’t know that I would buy it again.

I have my 6 year old take these with extra Theanine and it works great. Improved behavior, less extreme behaviors. It doesn’t have much sugar but my kiddo still think it’s a treat to take, decent flavor, fruity and a tiny bit sweet. I took it before I gave to my kid and it seemed to make me more alert, NOT in the way caffeine does. A little more alert and calm at the same time.
