I didn’t expect much from these tbh. I’ve been vegan for over ten years and in the last few, due to that and some hormonal issues, my hair has gotten a little finer than I’d like. Ive taken soooo many and have tried so many biotin pills, gummies, tablets, oils. Let me tell you these are sooooo good in taste and my hair has been growing! I have used these for about a month and a half. I have used collagen powders and bottled vitamins and have never seen any real improvement other than in my nails for a time. I have fine hair and it doesn’t grow very fast. I feel like my hair looks a bit fuller and has grown faster than normal, but I’m not sure if that is what I want to see (i.e., the placebo effect)…? I will say that my nails seem to be stronger. I plan to use this for another month or 2 to see if I can see any definitive changes. The price is fair and they are delicious!

I don’t usually write reviews but I really had to for this one. My hair has never grown this fast before + my nails are so strong. I used to buy the expensive brands for hair and nails but decided to give this a try months ago and haven’t looked back since. Their sleepy chewy is also great! Bought it twice and will restock once it’s finished!
