These not only taste amazing, but they do absolute wonders for your hair and nails. Mine and my daughters’ hair grows at a pretty astonishing rate now, our hair is shiny and thick. I didn’t expect much from these tbh. I’ve been vegan for over ten years and in the last few, due to that and some hormonal issues, my hair has gotten a little finer than I’d like. I’ve tried every thickening shampoo and conditioner, every volumizing product I could purchase. I’ve even tried old school remedies like rosemary oil on the scalp. Nothing helped. I took these for a little over a month and a half, every day, and started noticing a real difference in the strength and texture of my hair. I’ve actually gotten more compliments on my hair in the last few months than I’ve probably gotten my whole life- I let it air dry, I don’t do much else with it, but nonetheless it seems to be making a huge difference! Ive taken soooo many and have tried so many biotin pills, gummies, tablets, oils. Let me tell you these are sooooo good in taste and my hair has been growing! When I tell you ive tried EVERYTHING, im almost done and im defffff going to buy another one. My hair has been stronger, less fallout, has grown in length and my frontal hairs have grown out and I thought they would never grow back. UPDATE: Just wanted to update my review to say that my hairdresser commented that she thought my hair had grown longer than usual — and my nails are definitely stronger and healthier. I will keep buying this!
I have used these for about a month and a half. I have used collagen powders and bottled vitamins and have never seen any real improvement other than in my nails for a time. I have fine hair and it doesn’t grow very fast. I feel like my hair looks a bit fuller and has grown faster than normal, but I’m not sure if that is what I want to see (i.e., the placebo effect)…? I will say that my nails seem to be stronger. I plan to use this for another month or 2 to see if I can see any definitive changes. The price is fair and they are delicious!

I don’t usually write reviews but I really had to for this one. My hair has never grown this fast before + my nails are so strong. I used to buy the expensive brands for hair and nails but decided to give this a try months ago and haven’t looked back since. Their sleepy chewy is also great! Bought it twice and will restock once it’s finished!
