What I received are NOT the digestive enzymes pictured. The photo shows the old label and recipe. The newer label (which looks totally different and has different ingredients including wheat products) is what showed up. Totally bummed. They will be going back.

This is GREAT! This product was recommended to me in our local health store when I was pregnant and used to get heartburn a lot. I was looking for something that would be natural and would not harm my baby and I love this product! It works almost immediately and gives fast relief! I highly recommend this if you do not have access to papaya seeds, which are the natural remedy for heartburn.

I’ve had this product before and it is effective. I believe it also contains calcium carbonate, the main ingredient in Tums. You will also have an extra ingredient to settle gastric upset as well, along with the digestive enzymes. I use it for work, after meals sometimes, or whenever. Very good product.

Being lactose intolerant I need things like this to digest dairy, which I love. These do the job and go the extra mile by helping with the digestion of other foods. They help with my husband’s indigestion and heartburn, as well. These are natural and from time to time we give these to our child, to help digest foods (and they act as a mild laxative,that sort of naturally pushes food along, not some quick thing though).
