Okay, the suggested dose on these is 1000 mg, which is a lot more calcium than you’re supposed to get at once. These are pretty good, with a lot of supplemental vitamins (which means you can virtually just take this as a multi, depending on your needs), but I wouldn’t take more than one gummy at a time to avoid complications from unabsorbed calcium in your body (do some simple web searching.. don’t just take my word for it)

These are good tasting strawberry flavored gummies that offer a great roster of vitamins that I take on an every other day basic. They come with all the vitamins and minerals listed in the description. The packaging is double sealed and well labelled. The gummies don’t stick together (in my dry enviornment) and are super easy to get down, because they practically taste like candy. They don’t stick to my teeth like some candy I’ve tried, but I am cautious not to chomp on these with too much force. I tend to suckle on these in my mouth to get the “under the tongue” absorption benefits.
They offer the benefits that these stated vitamins and minerals contained within offer at a fair value.
I like the convenience of these, because sometimes I find that getting down some of these capsules can be a pain without a large gulp of water or liquid to help get them down… These I just need to chew and swallow. Excellent!
