This is an interesting product that was pitched on Shark Tank. It assumes that frequent drinkers or heavy drinkers would benefit from a multivitamin tailored just for them. Drinking depletes the body of some essential nutrients, so the argument goes, so these multivitamins, called “Cheers” aims at restoring those missing nutrients as well as fortifying the liver, a part of the body much affected by overuse of alcohol.
I received a 2 pack – one was a multivitamin while the other aims to protect “liver health.” The capsules are color coded so you can tell which from which. The green label is the multivitamin and the orange is for the liver. There are other vitamin supplements in the series.
The capsules are easy to swallow. The instructions make it clear they DO NOT prevent hangovers but help you feel more alert after a night of drinking. I have mixed feelings about this – while I appreciate that this product addresses drinkers’ deficiencies, it also acts an enabler – knowing that these type of supplements exist might encourage someone to keep on drinking rather than considering the benefits of not drinking excessively anymore.
Overall it’s an interesting product, so far I haven’t felt any different effects on my body than what you’d get from a typical multivitamin plus one designed to protect the liver. The price is also very high for two small bottles of vitamins.

Lets be honest, if you know about or found this product, you know who its for. So lets be real and not get judgey. If you enjoy a cocktail or two you know it and your part of the demo. I happen to be in the demo that likes to have fun but I don’t bounce back as quickly as I used to. I still have fun but would just plan for discomfort accordingly.
So many things are out there promising to bring you back after you feel like trash, but I hadn’t heard of anything that help to maintain the lifestyle, so I decided that I would give this a try figuring “what would it hurt?”
The first real test came about a week after I began taking them. Out to dinner with friends, typical for me is two martinis over the course of the evening, but 3 and I can usually expect a tough morning to follow.
Well that night was a 3, and I knew in the moment “lets see what these little guys can do…” I am thrilled to report that sleep was good and the following morning was like I only had a diet coke all night! I was sold!!
Now I will say, just like with any supplement you need to be consistent with taking them.
From what little I know about vitamins and such, is that when your body has enough of something you can usually tell by the color of wee when you go. I mention this cause in my own one person experience, that when you have put Cheers to the test, and you are in recoup mode, the color fades. Which tells me that these are replenishing something that I ran down. You can tell when you are back in black, cause you can see it. My apologies if this is TMI, but just saying these are putting in the work!
I am a convert because it works as promised, they figured out the right balance. I know that if I tried to supplement all the things on label separately it would cost twice as much and be a massive pain. These are so much easier.

I am a weekend drinker and can overdo it and feel horrific (with kids as well 😬) and my hangovers last a few days…
I took two of the green multi vitamin tablets with my breakfast and two white liver supplement tablets as well. I then took two more liver tablets prior to drinking as Cheers recommends you taking an additional dose before consuming alcohol.
They were pretty easy to take (I really struggle to take any sort of tablet as I gag) the green ones have more of a scent and turn your urine yellow. I do think that they helped how I felt the next day, but I still did have a hangover of some sort. Maybe I didn’t drink enough water. They definitely helped make me feel more human though. I did love the ingredients for both supplements. So many good vitamins!!
3 stars because I think they’re a little pricey for just a month. Maybe if there was a subscribe and save through their website, I might try.
