When I used this product the first time (January 2023) it was the best! I immediately wanted to order again but it was out of stock. I really searched for it everywhere. I was thinking I am not the only one who discovered that it is great! For long time it was not available so I needed to buy other products but none of them was even close to Chassis! Then recently, Amazon said it is coming back to stock! I was so happy i ordered 2 EA right away… i waited for some time but they finally arrived (March 2024)…
Now, here comes the “but”
But, unfortunately it was not the same!!! The cool nice breeze effect gone. The viscosity is close to a liquid soap mixed with water. It is almost no effect at all on smell. It is very disappointing. I want to believe it was a batch gone wrong and i hope they will bring the quality back again. 3 stars because it used to be 5 stars! I hope with next order/with the next review, stars will not go further down.

I learned about Chassis products through a YouTube channel. I’m glad I did.
As a heavy equipment operator I’ve dealt with chaffing, and moisture issues to the point of misery.
I’ve used powders both dry and spray with from several brands -some work better than others of course but they all seem to work to a point.
This product is the missing link I have been looking for. Yes, it’s a bit pricey however a bottle lasts me a couple months or better. It takes a very small amount and you will notice there is very little lather, just a slick feeling once applied and worked. After you let it sit on the skin for a minute or so and then rinse, you’ll notice immediately a “fresher” clean than you’ve likely ever experienced.
I do wish the bottle was larger or the price was a tad less steep than it is but what do ya do? It’s considered a luxury item of some degree I’m sure so a premium price is what it is. Having said that I’ll continue to purchase this product as long as I’m able or until it’s discontinued if that were to ever happen. It’s the level of comfort this help brings to the table that keeps me a customer.
In closing, if you have trouble with discomfort in “that area” after long sessions of sitting or just working in the heat I’d advise you to at least give this product a spin. Do understand however I use this product in conjuction with a powder. I’ve yet to use this product stand alone. My review is based on the conjunction of powder use.

This product vexes me. It works very well when it is consistent. The first time I order it had the consistency of cheap shampoo, a tad thicker than Neutrogena Rainbath, which is barely passable. The second time, it had the consistency of good conditioner (perfect). This time it had the consistency of water with some kind of spunk swimming around in it, LITERALLY. Neutrogena Rainbath is at least 5 times thicker than this weird concoction. At the very least, this stuff is supposed to sit on top of the exfoliating scrub, not completely fall through it into the shower. Today I removed the seal and knew I had been given the drive thru treatment ala Lethal Weapon 2. I can’t return it now so into the trash it goes. Even though this company wasted my time, and I am completely out of $20 without tax, I will give them one more try. Is this water/spunk version the mistake or is the conditioner version the mistake? Either way, there are other options out there. Just be warned. Based on my overall experience with this product, consistency is a major issue.

This is a really good product in my opinion and for my situation No matter if you wear more clothe (during winter) or less. Iused to live in Chicago where the weather is usually colder and now I am living in Miami. In both conditions, this product kept its purpose. Good for me as I am a hairy guy and need to trim once in a while. The thing that I like about this product is that it also avoids and prevent ingrowing hairs.
But they used to have a powder that I can’t find to buy. Their costumer center was nice to reply to my request and explained the reasons they were out of powder. Hope they can go back to that because in my opinion the powder is even better than the shower primer.

I ran out of Chassis Primer and used another soap. I didn’t even make it to work before I felt unclean and funky. I actually felt funky.
Like the directions and others have said, you have to let this sit at least 30 seconds.
My routine is kind of extreme, but I swear I can make it all day and not only smell clean, but feel clean.
I lather up really good down stairs, my inner thighs and my arm pits at the sink then let it sit while I brush my teeth…. At least 5 minutes or longer. Then I jump in the shower and rinse it all off good then I use my regular body gel and wash all over. I don’t even use Chassis in the shower. The time it’s sitting and soaking while I brush my teeth is all it needs. It’s breaking down any oils and residue and when I do my initial rinse in the shower, my crotch and underarm feels clean. After I rinse off the chassis, I follow up and wash all over with another shower gel brand. Dry off, I even use a blow dryer down there with a cool setting… Powder up and I’m good… ALL DAY. I did this same process but without the Chassis Primer lather/soaking prior to showering and I didn’t have good results… So this shet works! But let is sit at the very least 30 seconds, but the longer the better. You don’t even need to use it all over your body, just the funky parts. Use another shower gel for all over and save the expensive Chassis Primer gel for the stinky parts that need it. The name is perfect, I prime my stinky parts before my actual shower.

This shower gel has an amazing scent and effectively cleanses. It also helps with chaffing. Though it’s a bit pricey, I’ve been using it for two years and it lives up to its claims. Just follow the instructions and let it sit for 30 seconds. The scent is unmatched.

I didn’t hold out a lot of hope for this stuff – I’ve tried things making the same claims and it’s always the same. I was amazed! It WORKS. Everything they claim is true… I wish I had it years ago. Smells great (and then is gone quickly… replaced by… nothing. No odors of any kind), doesn’t feel unusual when you dry off, and when I get home from work, it’s like I showered an hour ago. Even when I’m playing hockey and soaked with sweat, there are no problems. It stood up to two solid days of air travel! And it’s great value for money… I’m still on my first bottle and it’s been months now since I got it. The bottle doesn’t stand up to the pressure changes of air travel well… found that out recently… But if you unscrew the cap and put some thin plastic like a baggie or something over the opening, then screw the cap back on its fine. Best of all, it’s eliminated some annoying sweat related issues I’ve had previously. This stuff really, really works and I already added the body powder to my Amazon shopping list. Shut up and give them your money.
