When I ordered this Bakuchiol Water Wrap First Toner by Charmzone I thought I was ordering a fairly basic K-Beauty toner with a boost of Bakuchiol, but I was wrong.
Evidently this toner is not happy just being a toner, so it decided it’s going to be much more than that. This is evidenced by the fact that the very first ingredient in this stuff, before water even, is Centella Asiatica. Centella is well known for its moisturizing and anti-aging capabilities, and this formulation contains plenty of it. They didn’t stop there though, this toner also contains eight different kinds of hyaluronic acid plus a host of other ingredients to repair, hydrate, soothe, moisturize and promote cellular regeneration. And let us not forget the Bakuchiol, which as most likely know by now, is a gentler alternative to retinol.
It is a lovely toner to use. The solution is very soothing, it leaves my skin feeling softer and looking less red (from rosacea). There is a scent to it, a light, fresh floral scent that is not heavy or cloying. Unfortunately the scent comes from added fragrance (parfum), and I prefer products going on my face to be unscented. The makeup of “fragrance” does not need to be specified, but on average it contains 50 to 100 chemicals, some of which could be potential irritants to my sensitive skin.
Having said that, I do appreciate that other than fragrance, the formulation for this toner is very clean and does not contain anything potentially harmful to the environment or humans.
This toner is currently selling for $23.99, and considering that it also thinks it’s a moisturizer and has all the ingredients to accomplish that, I think it’s a great deal. I am deducting one star for the fragrance, but even with that I would definitely recommend this toner.

You need to use it everyday. It helps after you cleanse your face.. Make sure your hands are clean and then put toner on your face. Pat.

This Bakuchiol water wrapped left my skin with a silky-soft touch and a firmer skin complexion that also has a brighter appearance. The oil seeped quickly into my skin giving it instant soothing and comfort. I get a cool and refreshing sensation on my skin when applying this oil. This product doesn’t use harsh chemicals that can cause skin irritations and discomforts for my sensitive skin. The high-quality ingredients used doesn’t leave my skin oily or greasy and there’s no residues left behind. I enjoyed using this oil as I can feel my skin is felling younger and tighter with a smooth appearance.

I’m a skincare fanatic and always looking for more products with excellent ingredients. I especially like Asian skincare because I feel like they place an emphasis on ingredients that perform well. This toner is loaded with great ones such as bakuchiol (a retinol alternative which is gentler and easier to use), centella asiatica (wonderful for moisturizing and anti-aging benefits), and hyaluronic acid (used for retaining moisture in the skin.
It has a milky color and viscous texture and absorbed quickly into the skin. It also has a light floral scent that I enjoyed myself but if you are highly sensitive to scents, you should take notes. It did, however, fade quickly. After I used it, I found my skin instantly moisturized and glowing!
I’m very happy with this and can’t wait to see the benefits with continued use!

This is not like the regular watery toners.
This is a lightweight serum type of toner.
It’s a white ish clear color and a little goes a long way. It’s not oily our greasy but it made my skin feel sooooo mins after rubbing, and without any other skin care.
I love the ingredients and it’s a great sized bottle.
Has a very light scent to it that I can’t describe; which smells good.

This toner is great! Very clean and refreshing feeling all over my face and neck. It’s not harsh at all and I especially like that because I’m more on the sensitive side and get reaction quickly.

I expected a very watery toner and thought I’d probably pour it into a spritz bottle so that I can easily use it as a spray toner, but nope, this is a very thick almost serum like toner and just like it states, the toner is literally a “water wrap” around your skin. It gets absorbed immediately and envelopes your skin and really moisturizes it. There’s a lot of plant based ingredients including centella extract, bakuchiol, raspberry ketone, etc. There is fragrance added to it although I barely smelled something, but I wish they would take it out because it’s so unnecessary. Otherwise, it’s in a fun bright purple bottle with a yellow cap that is easy to identify and feels young and fresh. I can see this being a very popular brand especially at this price point. It’s made in Korea.

Very lovely facial toner! Love the bright bottle! Product comes out nicely! No strong fragrance. Feels cool and refreshing when applied to face! Leaves face with a natural light shine/glow. Works well with my serums and moisturizers! Very nice!
