I drink this tea, maybe, once a week… or even less. It helps me with my bm. I read somewhere that you don’t want to drink it too often because one would become dependent on it, and I think it’s true. I eat a lot of fiber, but when I get too busy and have to run around to get things done, I drink this tea at night and it’s very helpful the next day. I think it takes at least about 8 hours to work. I love the taste and you want to follow the directions for the best results
