I am going to give a detailed honest review, beware. My mom used to give us this tea when we were constipated as teenagers. When my local store stopped selling it I tried others and was never fully satisfied. If this is your first time with this tea use one bag. I am able to add it to any tea flavor I want and does not affect the taste. Within 5-8 hours of drinking you are going to get some mild to severe stomach pains and cramps, you are going to take a good healthy poop soon to fallow. Be warned that was just the “plug” so to speak. For the rest of the day you will get mild to sever pains every time you feel the urge to go. Each time you go you will be saying to yourself “Dear God why did I drink this!” Make sure it is a day you can be close to a toilet. It will not look like any poop you’ve ever taken in your life. You may even think your stool is telling you that you’re going to die. Under no circumstances should you trust a fart in the next 24 hours. Drink water to stay hydrated. When all is done you will feel great! And might even think I want to flush my system again. I prefer once a week and sometimes twice if I’m bloated from my cycle. It really does work. But I would consider it more of a detox (laxatives) than a diet tea.

This tea detoxes as advertised. I let it steep for about an hour. The taste is ok, I added honey and lemon. It flushed my system very nicely. Within a day, I would see what I had eaten that day when I used the bathroom. This is priced reasonably. The fact that it’s caffeine free is a plus for me.

This stuff made me less hungry and that’s a plus for me because I just ate a while ago but I’m still not hungry . I love it so far and it does make you go real good I love it . I’ll continue to use it and exercise, of course . My weight has went up after my loss of my fiancé I gained a lot because of stress . This tea isnt knew to mme.so I’m kind of used to the tastes and smell. For me? No matter how you try to flavor it the tastes gets worse. I find it best to drink it as is. It tastes and smells like pure herbs. Not very tasty. But it WORKS. I drink one cup at night. False advertisement….in the box. Safe to drink all year around and effective. Than the warning information sheet says don’t drink it more than two bags a day. So misleading.
