This tea is a great postpartum support supplement! I already have a good milk supply but I think it would definitely help provide the nutrients needed to produce more milk. I love that this brand is mom-owned and organic. I also bought the baby colic tea and it helps my baby sleep so much better!! Highly recommend this tea for all postpartum mamas! Especially around 6 months pp when supply tends to drop!

So, taste wise it’s potent but tastes like chamomile tea, very herbal! I personally love to add a little raw agave to it and drink it either chilled or at room temp and tastes great. I definitely noticed an increase in my pump sessions post drink, especially if I had 4 cups (it recommended 2-4 cups) a day. Definitely worth a try!

Great lactation product! I have tried many, many nursing teas – but this is the first I felt compelled to reorder. Not strong or sweet, this tea is simply drinkable. It has definitely increased my pumping output at work.

I will say I like this tea for several reasons but it did not make my milk supply get any better. I have always produced a average amount of milk atleast according to my doctor (2-3 oz per pump both breasts) but during the month of taking the pills and feeding combines with pumping to try and ramp up supply no luck. Now with that being said I must say my son was born 10 lbs and he has never been satisfied off just breast milk so he mostly uses it as comfort. I didn’t expect any tea to help with supply because your body will do what it wants and you just have to deal with it. Now, here’s why I give the tea 3 stars.
1) it taste good, atleast to me it does but I like strong flavors
2) it seemed to help my son with gas (he’s a newborn and gas is very normal but this seemed to help ease that when I breastfead after drinking this tea
Maybe it will work for you, we are all different and unique. I try to give honest reviews with my whole story so you can guage of this is a product for you. I wish you luck and suggest asking a doctor before starting any kind of suppliment including a harmless product like tea. Love and hugs!

So the reason it’s not 5 stars is because it says 30 servings but only has 15 pouches however I’ve been using the pouches twice to get the 30 servings… the first day i drank 4, 8 oz cups, used 2 pouches…. the second day i drank 2 cups, used 1 pouch… I instantly noticed my milk supply get better… I’m not an over supplier all of a sudden but i am up to 3 oz consistently at least every time i pump… before i would only get more than 3 oz in the morning after not pumping all night and about 2 oz max during the day pumps… On the first day when i drank the 4 cups i personally don’t mind the taste it’s pretty flavorless to me, but i did feel nauseous by the last sip feeling a little bloated. Which is why I only drank 2 cups the second day… so far we are good… definitely working 👍🏽

This tea is pretty delicious. A little milder than the Traditional Medicinals mother’s milk tea I also drink. I like the triangle bags, I like that they’re not individually wrapped, too! Sometimes I find an open sachet, tho. Not a big deal.

Love this! I’m glad I took a chance because it only had 1 rating when I bought this. But definitely helped supply and did not give my baby a stomach ache. I have a colicky baby who is bothered by fenugreek but this was a perfect solution
