I have been using this all over my body, including my face, for years. It is lightweight, not greasy in any way, and has no odor. (I hate products with “fragrances”) Without it, I am miserable. Please do not confuse this with the “new & improved” product” that Cetaphil has come out with. It is heavier and not at all pleasant to use over the entire body. The lighter version has a green pump cap, and the “new” heavier version has a green and white pump cap. I am hoping that they do not discontinue this lighter product in favor of the “new”. Edited to add: The last several bottles I have used have a distinct odor of a disinfectant I recall from childhood. I am wondering if the company cleaned their equipment and some residual is making its way into the product. That is what it smells like. Fragrance free, but not odor free. Quite unpleasant.

The ingredients described include macadamia oil, but the actual lotion received has no macadamia oil. Received with avocado oil.
The lotion is good, but wished had macadamia oil.

I’ve been using Cetaphil lotion for ten years and I must say it never failed me. I use it right after shower to lock in moisture. It does wonders! I’m turning 40 next year and I can vouch on this product’s moisturization and to my surprise, been helping in firming my skin too. I’ve yet to get sagging skin on my arms, tighs, unlike my friends and people I know of the same age. I also love the fact that it doesn’t have scent and absorbs fast, really light for a humid weather and a little goes a long way!

I have to wear a mask everyday at work so my skin has changed its normal skin type. If you’re like me and you have normally oily skin and then combination skin everywhere else T-Zone being specific oily. And your skin is now changed to be slightly dry and or still oily and then doesn’t seem to get its moisture from regular lotions like Aveeno or Jergens. Then this is the stuff for you to try. My esthetician told me I was developing rosacea on my cheeks which is new for me oh, and I’m in my thirties and I’ve never had that before. Using masks and scrubs and non abrasive scrubs gentle, cleansers gentle, moisturizer SPF moisturizer ,night time moisturizer, retinol moisturizer, you-name-it my cheeks weren’t having it. My face is breaking out my skin would break out I had makeup on one day the next day my face was freaking out. After using the Cetaphil for 2 days my skin feels amazing and looks like back to normal. Highly recommend this product it was also recommended to me by my doctor

This product is great! It makes my legs feel so silky smooth and soft. I have super dry skin and this stuff works great to prevent build up of dead skin cells.

This is an excellent moisturizer. It’s lightweight but very hydrating. I use it every morning and evening after washing my face with the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. I’ve been using the cleanser for a long, long time, but just started using the moisturizing lotion a little while ago. I’ve just bought another bottle for backup, because I like it that much. I use it on my face and body, and I really like that you can use it everywhere. I have somewhat dry skin that is very sensitive, and this doesn’t irritate my skin. It really doesn’t have a smell to it, but I do think it has masking fragrance even though it says it’s fragrance free. This is really a good value for the money. Highly recommend.
