    Pro tip: apply Vaseline over this once it’s dried

    Pro Tip 2: use on feet that have been freshly soaked. Then dry feet, then apply.

    I really enjoyed this. I have been using amlactin 15% lactic acid on my feet and the rough and bumpy skin on my legs, and it does work, it’s okay, but nothing compares to urea.

    It’s an ingredient I’m not familiar with, but I have very dry skin, I have eczema, and this stuff softens my hard calluses like nothing else!

    Cetaphil really hit it out of the ballpark with this formula, it’s very cosmetically elegant for a 20% urea moisturizer, the consistency is that of a light lotion, it spreads super easily, not thick or glue like.

    I also love this on my elbows.

    I don’t enjoy it on my hands however, urea once it dries down kind of makes your skin feel a little rubbery, like a rubber eraser.

    The cream’s ability to hydrate while exfoliating is another significant benefit. It strikes a perfect balance between removing dead skin cells and providing the necessary moisture to keep the skin supple. This dual-action makes it particularly effective for those with rough or bumpy skin, delivering noticeable improvements in texture and smoothness over regular use.

    We are a family with tons of sensitivities and allergies and love cetaphil products. Unfortunately, I didn’t care for this product as it didn’t absorb very well at all leaving me wanting to wash my hands. I couldn’t really test if it had the ability to help “rough and bumpy” skin b/c I just couldn’t get past that aspect of it. If it works for you, a great way to get an exfoliating product w/o harsh exfoliant ingredients.
