I already take magnesium and another supplement for sleep, so I was mainly after the Valerian Root in this one. The taste takes some getting used to, but it has helped with my sleep. I take it about a hour before bedtime.

I am pleased with this formula. I have tried many sleep formulas which did not have any affect, but this formulation appears to be helping. The first night I only took two dropperfulls. I didn’t see much of a difference other than, I was able to fall asleep faster. I do the other things to improve my sleep, such as wear blue light blockers, attend to circadian rhythm cycles, eat last meal early, take other supplements such as magnesium, and ashwagandha, so this is now in my routine. I measure my sleep using my apple watch app. While I have not seen the numbers improve yet in two nights, I do have more energy upon waking and my mind is clear in thinking, so it appears I am sleeping better. The taste is not bad at all for me. I am impressed with the quality of the ingredients. I appreciate that there is the website on the label, an FDA requirement. I won’t take any supplement if there is no website. The label states that there are no heavy metals, so there must be some product testing, another safety requirement for me. Many companies do not test their supplements. I plan to give an update in a few weeks.

I just realized something different in my sleep while I have been trying this sleep supplement. What I am about to share may seem weird, but it is very real to me. Sleep time is a time where the brain organizes memories, takes out the mental trash, and assists in healing and restoration. The objective of this supplement is to help improve sleep by increasing REM sleep time, a time of vivid dreams. While sleeping, we do our best thinking. While taking this supplement, my dreams have been more intense. While vivid dreams can be a little unnerving, this morning I realized a big “aha!” moment. What I was enduring dealing with some unpleasant, annoying people and their selfish actions making me angry, I can now deal with these thoughts in a more productive, and peaceful way. Thanks to the dreams I have been having using this supplement, I can now think more rationally in how to respond to life challenges. Thanks to this supplement, I am thankful that I can now rise above the noise of life and be part of a solution instead of lashing out and therefor being part of a problem. Now I have a new challenge – how to afford continuing to pay for this supplement on a modest retirement income. For me, this sleep supplement has made a difference.

The item was received quickly and as expected. The appearance is professional and the instructions are straightforward in terms of use and daily dosage which is 2 – 4 ml by means of a dropper to be taken 30-60 minutes before going to sleep. One dropper full is 1 ml, so 2 – 4 droppers full is recommended. In my instance my bedtime varies depending on my level of inspiration and activities, but I plan on trying to take it as I begin to feel tired and wind down each night.
During my first use and application of the product I had taken 4 ml, or four full droppers of the supplement when I was feeling drowsy. Interestingly, after taking it I felt energized and invigorated, so decided to go with it and stayed awake. I was awake well beyond the 30-60 minutes of the recommended application, probably 2 – 3 hours beyond, but when I did fall asleep I slept deeply, like a baby. I awoke energized, invigorated, and very well rested. It’s also worth noting that the time I was awake after taking the supplement was an energized and productive time throughout. Fortunately my schedule is very flexible, so I typically adjust my activities to the feelings of flow.
I had acclimated by the second night as I had fallen asleep within an hour of taking the supplement. Even so, this is a powerful formula. I could sense the strong energetics and feel the results throughout my body. I can’t say exactly what was happening, but there was strong energy flowing throughout my system, but on the second night it facilitated sleep, and I slept deeply and awoke refreshed and invigorated the next morning.
Thus far I am impressed and pleased with the product and look forward to using it nightly.
The product includes a free offer, a four piece kit, which may be obtained by scanning a QR code. The process was as easy as it gets, so I recommend doing it if you feel inspired to do so. Literally I just scanned the code, and my browser pre-populated the required fields such as name, address, etc. I’m not sure what the kit includes, but it will be interesting to find out.
I have a feeling that Cerus may be a new company and offering. I always prefer this type of product, as there is usually much attention to detail with young companies with new product offerings. There’s just such an invigorating energy surrounding such activities which tend to permeate their products.

This tincture seems to work as advertised. While it doesn’t know you out as hard as a melatonin or something like that, it is certainly effective and does not give the associated grogginess, etc., that the harder stuff does. Price is definitely reasonable as you only need a few drops and the bottle is quite big. Cool packaging as well.

I’ve been using this product on nights where I have some trouble sleeping and it kicks in after 30-45 minutes to help get me a good nights rest. Personally, I love the taste too, the most prominent flavor I get is the lavender which is quite enjoyable.
Since I don’t need this every night and only use about 1 ml, this bottle will last quite awhile. I didn’t like the effect melatonin had on me, I usually felt really groggy the next day. None of that with this product, so I’m definitely happy with it!
