Love that C4 continues to improve their drinks and also that unlike competitors includes Creatine in most of their blends. This flavor is great and gives you that energy to get through a hard session at the gym or intervals at the track! Sure makes it feel easier! Classic Hawaiian Punch flavor makes it a joy to drink!

I have been using pre-workout for years. I’ve tested many, many brands. I finally got around to C4, and it didn’t take long for me to realize it’s not for me. The container is huge. The scoops are huge. That struck me as kind of odd up front, when I compare it to all of the brands I’ve liked. It mixed well, but in the 12 oz of recommended water it almost had a “syrupy” consistency. I never felt much “punch” at all. Actually leave me feeling kind of bleh. Guess this is one of those you get what you pay for products as it is about half the price of the other products I use. Probably won’t finish the container.

Very drinkable. This seems to give me a boost before working out. Seems high quality.

This pre workout tasted pretty good while still providing all the energy I needed for a workout! I like the no additional sugars and the inclusion of creatinine the most! It may not be the best pre workout brand out there, but it definitely does the job!!

This is a good preworkout powder. The flavor is good, not overly sweet like some competitors. Has a hint of salt. One thing I like is that it includes creatine (4g) wish it was 5 since that is the standard amount most supplements try to include. Overall I recommend this preworkout.
Pros:
– Good value (similar price to competitors but with added creatine)
– Mixes easily with water
– Good taste and not overly sweet
Recommended.

I was introduced to pre-workouts about 5 years and I’m never going back. They have made an enormous difference for me in the quality of my workouts.
Although there is significant variation between products, there are a number of things that are common among them. Some, such as beta alanine, are geared more towards weightlifting, while others, such as arginine get prioritized more for endurance and heavy cardio activities. Any given pre-workout will have some combination of the common supplements. For me, I have found a couple of brands that I really like (C4 is one of them), but I also sometimes switch between different products based on what I’m trying to accomplish.
In the last year or two, I’ve tried to narrow my collection of pre-workouts to a standard one that includes both creatine and caffeine, one without creatine, and one without caffeine (for any time I’m working out later in the day). This version from C4 tastes good enough, mixes easily, and has a caffeine amount that generally works for me (200mg). The creatine (4g) is a little lower than what I would normally take, but is within an okay range for me.
