Since I have IBS, I appreciate using a whole food vitamin C as I think it is less irritating to my gut. So it is a more natural, or closer-to-nature type of vitamin C. The tablets are somewhat small and round, and easy to swallow. If you go to the Standard Process website, you will see that the company produces high quality products. Their products are recommended and sold by many natural practitioners. Their description and process can be seen on the product page at Amazon. Most of their ingredients are organically grown on their farm in Wisconsin. What’s not to love, right?
