    I have told so many women about this. It is the holy grail of menopause. i swear I was getting to where I didn’t even know myself. sweating bullets in 17 degree weather! I can tell you this stuff works and it is a high enough dose you only need one a day. I am 58 and have avoided any hormone use to date and don’t see myself resorting to it any time soon.

    Someone told me that taking this wild yam would relieve hot flashes. Not true for me. I’m using a cream with wild yam and other ingredients and it’s working…I would add that it has nothing to do with this brand. I’m very pleased with the brand and the amount of wild yam milligrams. I will purchase it for other issues. Just not hot flashes.

    I was skeptical, whether this would really work, but after taking it for about two weeks, I see a significant decrease in the severity of my hot flashes. I also am not waking up at night from hot flashes. What a relief!
