Vitamin D and organic pumpkin seed oil. That’s it, simple! Plus, it is manufactured in the US. Great value for two bottles with approximately 430 doses of 1000 IU each bottle. I take a multivitamin that has vitamin D plus a Vitamin D capsule, both of these do not add up to the dose my doctor prescribed for me. I would have to buy a container of 1000 IU Vitamin D capsules to meet my daily requirements in order to add more in 1000 IU increments for my total dose. That really adds up, and those bottles take up a lot of space in my medicine cabinet. Plus, I don’t want to swallow that many more capsules. These two small bottles contain approximately 430 doses of 1000 IU of Vitamin D each bottle. Both the bottles take up less room than half a container of Vitamin D. The cost is less in the long run too. It is so much simpler to spray this in my mouth than swallowing more capsules in my opinion. It does taste like a neutral oil, not offensive and quickly dissipates. It is not sticky and isn’t enough to coat my mouth. Would recommend.

Okay taste, quick and easy spray for instant use. Good value under $10 for two. I really like that I can just pump it and be done with no issue with swallowing like old fashion capsules

Personally, I prefer to take a pill versus the texture of the oil in my mouth. But, I am pretty sensitive to food textures. It’s easy enough to spray and the bottles last a decent amount of time for the price. My bottles droppers were not screwed on in quite all the way, so they were a little oily around the neck of the bottle. They had a plastic seal around that area so the mess was minimal, thankfully. I do like that the spray is vegetarian and made in the US, but I can’t speak to how effective it actually is. For the price, it’s worth a try if you don’t mind the taste/feel of oil.

Easy to take an important vitamin.
None of my review should be taken as a statement or testimony about the efficacy of the product or it’s medical use.
Unregulated dietary supplements can’t be reviewed well by people without access to labs, so I judge these products by the confidence in the company and whether it’s been certified for purity and quality by neutral laboratory testing.
Carlyle has been around a long time in the supplement industry. Their products are made in the USA. That history and location give a lot of confidence that the company makes good products. Additionally, while I do not care if the products are vegan or GMO free, some customers do and that adds to the level of quality expected from the company.
While most supplements should have third party certification, Carlyle does all of their testing in-house. That said, their processes are open and they subscribe to numerous voluntary and regulatory processes and standards. That should be enough to be confident in the products quality and purity.
I started taking D3 during winters a long time ago, as the long and dark PNW nights give so many people seasonal disorders. D3 is metabolized in the skin when exposed to sunlight, without it, you get moody and cranky. Two bottles for $9 (at time of review) is a great value!

Carlyle Vitamin D3 spray contains only 2 ingredients – Vitamin D3 and Organic Extra Virgin Pumpkin Seed oil. That’s it! Nothing else. Eash spray delivers 1000mg of Vitamin D3. So easy to take. A pack of 2 bottles provides 860 servings. Made in the USA with non-GMOs and Vegan formula.

I love this oral liquid form of vitamin D3. I like that it is non-GMO, lab tested, made in the USA, has my preferred form of D3 that is naturally occurring, and that each pump/spray delivers 1000mg with 430 doses per bottle making this a great deal. For some reason, not all individuals absorb vitamin D equally and liquid vs capsules allows me to take lower doses. This liquid has almost no taste and no after taste. I use several of this company’s products and feel good about them.

As a source of vitamin D, this is good. Each spray is 1000IU. For 5000IU, you will have to use 5 sprays in the day. It tastes kind of like EVOO, although it is pumpkin seed oil career. Wish it was more concentrated, but it still is pretty easy to get your recommended dose as sprays. I have previously used vit D in pure olive oil, each drop is 2000IU and also as 5000IU softgels. I still prefer the softgels which are also less expensive the spray. The 2-pack would last me about 6mos. I like that it is vegetarian. I will continue to use this, but may go back to the softgels
