Propolis is a product bees create from tree sap and their own enzymes. It is antifungal, anti bacterial and anti microbial. In other words, it’s all purpose and awesome!
This tincture is in glycerin which makes it slippy and a bit sweet. Propolis itself has an earthy taste (beekeeper here reporting in) and this cuts the taste. It’s not delicous, you won’t mistake it for candy, but it is not difficult to take. It can cause tingles especially on the lips–again, it’s anti-a lot of bad stuff! I had no issues of tummy upset or anything else from this tincture!

I love taking supplements to help build my immunity, especially during these winter months. I was glad to find this bee propolis made in the USA by Carlyle. The taste is okay. It isn’t particularly sweet. Don’t mistake this for honey. It doesn’t taste anything like honey. I usually add it to my water in the morning. This 2 oz. bottle has almost 60 servings in it, making it a good value for the price. I would purchase this again and would recommend this to others.

I’ve never tried any sort of Bee Propolis before, so I was curious to see if it lived up to the hype.
This tincture has almost no taste–very faintly earthy and not at all sweet. So far, I’ve had no ill effects from taking it. I haven’t really seen any marvelous benefits, but it may take time to show any difference in my health/immune system. I also like that it’s made in the USA.
I think the cost/value ratio is good. It’s an easy-to-take addition to my diet.

This is very good quality Bee Propolis! Very happy with this tincture. My mother always kept this in the house and would givev it to us when we got sick or when something was going around along with a cup of tea and I like to do the same with my kids now. It always seems to help minimize the length of bug. Love Carlyle products and this bee propolis is no let down.

Carlyles’ new Bee Propolis Tincture Drops are so easy to get the honey based nutrients you want daily. The tincture is terrific when added to a morning beverage, or can even be used topically on the skin for minor cuts and bruises. The daily boost of Bee Propolis helped with starting energy for morning errands and added some extra help to my immune system this fall.

One full squirt equals 1 mL, which is the recommended serving size. The dropper also features measurement markings for precise dosing.
The consistency of the drops is watery, making them easy to consume. The flavor is not overly bitter and has just the right amount of sweetness, allowing me to take it without needing to mix it with other ingredients.
