Big supply, great price, reputable brand. Added this to a PWO stack, previously used it for a mid-day energy boost at work. Subtle effects at extreme ends of energy expenditure, in my experience.

I began taking this product after a friend suggested I read a study on the effects of Taurine and L-Arginine for patients with atrial-fibrillation, which I’ve suffered from off and on for about 25 years. I purchased those 2 products and my episodes have decreased to almost zero. Previously they would last several days and show up 6-8 times a year, now they’ve occurred for about 10 seconds at a time with the same frequency (6-8 times a year), but it is almost negligible. So grateful for these products.
I would suggest anyone who suffers from the same thing, look up the study on Pubmed and speak with your physician.
The study title is: “Elimination of cardiac arrhythmias using oral taurine with l-arginine with case histories: Hypothesis for nitric oxide stabilization of the sinus node”

I purchase this product because I give my dogs a supplement however they need 1000 MG per day. When I bought this product, the price is very good but did not realize that the pills are only 500 MG each so I have to give twice a day pills work fine. They do what they have to do, however I open the capsules which are easy to open, but that is 1000 mg and one pill so I only have to give it once a day.

I started adding Taurine to my daily intake of vitamins and minerals after I did research and found out that it may contribute to longentivity. With 400 capsules takes twice a day, I have more than enough for a long time. They are easy to swallow and there is no after taste. I will continue to take taurine and do further resesrch. So far so good.

These are 1000mg per serving but takes 2 to make a serving. They bulk it up with rice powder. Other brands have the same size pill with the full 1000mg in just 1. Not sure if this is better or worse. Was much less costly per pill.
