I have taken saw palmetto Berry before but when I tried this saw palmetto berry it gave me headaches. I took it as directed, but after a few days, I noticed the headaches started shortly after taking it. While I’m sure it works for some people, it just wasn’t the right fit for me.
The quality seems fine, and the capsules are easy to take, but I won’t be continuing with this supplement due to the side effects I experienced.

This is my second time using the Carlyle for Her Saw Palmetto. I experienced thinning hair due to menopause and took this supplement for 3 months until my hair was thick and lustrous. It took a year for enough follicles to go dormant enough for my hair to begin thinning again, so now I’m on round two. This product works and it’s wonderful to have my beautiful hair back.
