I have taken saffron in a vitamin D gummy, but this is my first time buying it in pill form. I only took one pill and it made me have heart palpitations for two days. I’m not sure if it’s some type of additive but the weird thing is the pill has no type of red tent to it at all and saffron threads are redso I’m doubting its priority. I have requested a refund. so I’m doubting it’s priority. I have requested a refund.

I was having problems balancing out my hormones, and this product made the difference. Twice a month I was having horrible PMS, and this vitamin helped me to rest at night and adjust my mood to being pleasant. It does make me drowsy so I take it only in the evening before bed, and I rest completely all night. Before, I was waking up in the middle of the night quite often. Adding Saffron to my regimen made life better. I recommend trying them for improved mood, quality of sleep, and the calming effects.

I try different supplements and this definitely works. It boost your mood, gives you energy and definitely suppresses your appetite. I think it does help with the skin too, but also take supplements for that. I have bought some and shared them with others due to really backing this product up. It’s not a bad price for the quality. This brand also is good with valerian root.

I have tried another brands saffron and was happy with the results. It was pricey so I was doing half the recommend dosage and I felt it was help with both mood and sleep. I decided to try this brand with few ratings and not a lot of information so I called the company to ask more about them. I appreciated that they were mane in USA, went through testing…. And after the call I decided to try them. With the lower price I am taking the full suggested dosage and I do think it is helping. I am going to do a full 2 months and then add to my review
