    It does my body good. And it really helps around my time of the month as well. It don’t make me as bloated

    These capsules are easy to swallow. The mint is not too strong. The only thing I did NOT like was the addition of thyme 20 mg. That is not enough to make a difference. It would have been better to increase the dosage of rosemary. The peppermint is really good though, even if taken on an empty stomach.
