This product worked as expected but it would be nice if they could label it as sour like a similar product I have now. It says grape flavor but it made my face crinkle up as much as eating a lemon! For the most part though, this helped prefect leg cramps bring the night.

No stomach effects at all. These have successfully stopped the muscle spasms in my hands and fingers. It’s wonderful and relieving.

My brain felt calm and so good. My whole body. Can’t understand why. I’m vegan I should have so much magnesium. Just goes to show how depleted the soils are here in America where my food maybe comes from.
They are delicious but I want less sugar. My husband is now loving them.

I keep these in a bedside table. I chew two before bed. Magnesium in general helps with several body functions. My goal was to not only replenish any deficits but to help with sleep quality which it is known for. I don’t miss a night. It seems to work for me. Fall asleep faster, wake up refreshed.

I started taking this 6 weeks ago for chronic migraines and have seen huge improvement! I went from having a migraine every day to having none. I’ve also added B12 to my regimen but I feel like this is what is making the difference. Ask your doctor if they are right for you but my personal experience is that they are a life saver. And they taste good so it’s easier to be consistent

I ordered these Carlyle brand 200mg Magnesium Glycinate gummies, and was delivered pills that actually only contain 20mg of Magnesium Glycinate instead! The Amazon page says quite clearly 200mg, and even the picture of the Nutritional Label says 200mg of Magnesium Glycinate. But yet the bottle that Carlyle actually shipped me shows that these gummies only contain a measley little 20mg instead (see photo w/ side-by-side comparison). I’m puzzled and frustrated at the deception, and when I called the manufacturer just now, they had no credible explanation for the mistake. Is it just a typo on the printed label, or did they actually reduce the level of Magnesium Glycinate down to only 10% of what it used to be? Very suspicious.
