Very calming, you can smell the lavender after swallowing. These helped me get to sleep and stay asleep. It seems I have an allergy to lavender as it was hard to breathe.

I was disappointed when I received these pills.
I was looking forward to trying out this product, but when I opened the bottle, the capsules seemed glued together. I noticed there was no desiccant enclosed.
I tried prying the capsules out of the bottle. Very difficult and virtually impossible.
Needed to throw them out, because the quality of the few shriveled pills I could free from the glob, seemed questionable for consumption.

It did not work as intended, it actually kept me wide awake and in no way relaxed. Good amount of capsules for the cost which I’ll give it credit for since I can’t return it. The pills are small so swallowing is easy. They smell absolutely rancid, I opened the bottle and got whiplash. They taste exactly what you’d expect, like licking a flower in dirt. Quality is purely subjective.

Works good for me. My doctor recommended this to me to help me relax and get to sleep easier. Also time released melatonin. Together they help me get to sleep and stay asleep longer. I will continue to use.
