If you love cheese, milk, and ice cream, you already know you need these. Sure, you could go to your nearest retail chain store around and get the big brand pills, but they’re all individually wrapped on top of having a lower dosage. No one wants that. Ain’t no one got time to unwrap half a dozen of these little sumbishes when you’re going to cold stone. Just get you a bottle of these. What’s even better is that it’s such a great value, you can buy two bottles. Leave one in the kitchen medicine cabinet, and one in your bag so you can keep enjoying yourself when you’re on the go. The one caveat to these is that they kinda smell. Opening the bottle and taking a big whiff made me go yeuch. But it’s okay, because when you’re actually taking them before having some dairy, they don’t really taste like anything. Or at least, I don’t taste anything because I don’t let them linger too long. Get these lactose pills, they’re easily one of the better choices out there.

I have been in the import cheese industry for 30 years. For the past 20, I have been 100% lactose intolerant. I quite literally gave up milk, ice cream and highly lactic dairy 100%. These pills are quite honestly the best in the market. I am tasting exotic imported cheeses everyday, from Stilton to Halloumi to Reggiano. These pills are effective and get me through my day. Most people don’t realize that in the United States, we extract lactose from many items and sell it as a byproduct. For example, it is an added ingredient in most candy bars, by giving them a creamier taste and feel. We get that lactose from items like mozzarella and even US butter. I can easily consume those types of dairy with just a few pills., because the lactose has been mainly rinsed out as the whey protein is extracted. For highly lactic dairy products, I usually take more 6+ . But, versus the absolute pain and associated problems, it is well worth it. Some people think that taking one pill after eating dairy will solve the problem. It will not. You need to adjust your usage based on how lactic your dairy is. And remember, we are a crafty bunch, so just because you order a hamburger and not a cheeseburger, does not mean that there is no lactose added to the bun, to enrich its flavor. Fast food chains use a type of French Fry which has been sprayed with lactose and milk to improve the flavor and snap of their fries. So, keep an open eye. However, these tablets are the best in the market, and I will continue to use them. Not to mention half the price of the national brands.
So, if you are a person who ingests lactose and feels like they just chewed glass, and is now feeling it digest through your system, these pills will help. Sometimes, by taking a couple. Sometimes taking quite a few more. No two dairy items are exactly the same.

I figured the low reviews were from maybe a bad batch or like one warehouse and probably I would get lucky, but these have done me dirty. Maybe they really are working for others and I am one of the ones who got a bad batch. I’m in Tennessee so if it’s a warehouse issue, maybe that can inform your decision making. They don’t really seem to do anything but it took me a while to realize the cause as I have other issues, but the effects of this not working were so bad it sent me into metabolic acidosis. Night and day difference when I used store-bought again, so I know these were the issue. I’m very bummed, I really just want to be able to buy more than 120 at a time but now I’m scared to try other online-only brands.

Thrilled to find a bottle with such a high count of doses and not individually wrapped. Love the flip top lip as well for easy access. I use multiple a day and they work very well. There isn’t a taste and one pill is the perfect strength, instead of 2-3 pill for some brands. I haven’t had any adverse effects. Highly recommend these! Will buy again.
