Its a good mix of the items needed to let turmeric work with your body. Don’t be fooled to think that turmeric will work on it’s own. It needs another spice, black pepper and or a healthy fat. This product does the job.

These are good value for the money, if you take 1 per day instead of 3 per day, as recommended on the bottle. Taking 1 per day gives you a 6 month supply, while 3 per day gives you a 2 month supply. My last supplier recommended 1,000 mg per day and this one recommends 3,000 mg per day, with most other suppliers recommending less than 1,000 mg per day. So, my conclusion is that Carlyle wants you to take more so they can sell more, but I’m no expert, just drawing my conclusion from all the other suppliers who sell this product here on Amazon.

Tumeric is super good for you. It has helped me to reduce inflammation anda decent amount of the product per capsule. Totally happy with them

It works for me and helps decrease my joint pain. I tried quitting and found I did start having more aches and pain so I started taking again. It took me several days before I noticed “relief”. I wanted to make sure these actually helped. I usually do not take 3 but one or two with meals. You will “taste” these if you burp like most pills so take with food. These have more per capsule compared to many others and price has been fair. Make sure you check with you doctor or pharmacist if you are on lots of meds to make sure you won’t have interactions especially your on medications that can affect blood clotting-advice from a retired nurse.

Works for pain & well being. When I run out I start to notice hip, knee, & shoulder pain returns. When I’m taking it, I don’t have any pain. Been taking for years but taking this upgraded brand about 1 year. It’s the best!!!! Get rid of your OTC pain killers, use this instead.

Large size but easy to swallow. Made me nauseous when taken on an empty stomach. Was better tolerated when taken with food.
