I don’t know if these are helping me in any capacity, but I read they can help with heavy metal detox, so I’m taking them just in case. The dose is 4 a day, which sounds like a lot, but they are small. They don’t really taste like anything to me either, just a little earthy. Most of the time I put all 4 in my mouth and swallow at once with a sip of water. Sometimes I have crunched them up, which is no big deal. It’s a big bottle for the price, so I bought an extra for my elderly mother and she takes them, too.

I was immediately struck by the size of the container (plastic), but considering the amount to take each day (4 tablets), I consider this a value. If you’re not familiar with the benefits of chlorella or spirulina, please do your research. There are many purported benefits. These tablets are small and easy to swallow. I note a citrus-like odor from the tablets but no aftertaste or digestive issues. Supplements are difficult to rate of efficacy since there are so many variables and it can take some time to see results, but I will update this review to reflect any changes. At the price point for the amount of product you get (1300 tablets!), I’d say this is a bargain health support option.
