When I’m not taking this I put on 2lbs and can tell that my gut is not working like it should and i bloat. May not work this way for everyone, it tares my husband’s sensitive stomach up but, it’s a must have for me.

I take these along with tumeric capsules since I learned after buying the tumeric that bioperine makes the tumeric more bioactive. Seems fine as far as I can tell

This product increases the availability of tumeric in the body for greater effectiveness
The All-Seeing I –
The capsules were fully intact & sealed — there were no damaged capsules in my container, and because of their small size, it was easy to swallow in comparison to the size of other brands of powdered supplements.
I would like to say that it did make a noticable difference when added with maca supplements, but not so much when added to most brands of turmeric/curcumin supplements that don’t include their own cut of bioperine. I’ve researched pepper extract (bioperine) as an additive to supplements that our bodies struggle absorbing or metabolizing, so I know that it’s proven to be affective for a significant population in clinical trials & tests — I just can’t tell for sure, based on my personal experience, how important & needed this extract is.
I’m going to buy another bottle of this & pair it up with maca pills again, and actually observe as much as I’ll be able to.

I take a lot of different herbs everyday.
In fact, I buy powdered herbs in bulk and make up all of my own capsules. I like adding bioperine because it helps with absorption so I used to add ground black pepper to the bulk herbs.
Black pepper is better than nothing but doesn’t provide the levels of bioperine that I need. Now I take one bioperine capsule once a day with food.

Bioperine is used to help other supplements absorb better. You don’t feel anything from taking it. I assume it’s doing what it should but have no evidence to report either way.
The ratings are assumptions but the packaging is good and the capsules easy to swallow

I take Turmeric Curcumin daily. To reap the benefit I need the black pepper extract in Carlyle Bioperine. It’s useless to take Turmeric without it. It’s what causes you to absorb the curcumins. I get the inexpensive Turmeric at Walmart. They seem to have one of the best prices. I supplement it with the bioperine.
Now, I’m not going to sit here and tell you that I get all sorts of wonderful healing from either of these herbs. I heard of Turmeric probably 25 years ago and started back then. I heard about the black pepper ext. shortly thereafter. A very well know cardiologist touted it way back then as a general anti-inflammatory/antioxidant that we all should take regularly. His theory was that Curry Powder, which is essentially what Turmeric is, was the key to why people in Southeast Asia (India) suffer much lower rates of heart disease.
I’m sure you’re all aware that Indian dishes feature Curry powder. I enjoy them too.
I said at that time, What the heck. It makes perfect sense. It’s a relatively cheap herbal supplement, why not? Hopefully it’s giving me a little help for my Cardiovascular system. I think I’ll need it since my genetics suggest that I’m very likely to face that pretty soon.
I’m 59 and I started around 35 so with a little luck I’ll have helped myself out. I’m not a big supplement guy but this one I am on the bandwagon with. You might want to consider it too. If you do don’t forget about Bioprene.

The name “Bioperine” may sound like a lab-created chemical concoction, but it’s simply natural black pepper extract in its purest, 95% Piperine form, and its power to catalyze the impacts of herbs and other nutrients is why so many include it in their daily intake regiments. Other supplements take on a new level of bioavailability, strength, and impact that feels tangibly real.
One caution: Because it scales up the potency of other things you put in your system, call your doctor first if you’re on medication. Note, too, that this is not a vegan- or vegetarian-friendly product, as its capsule is gelatin, which defaults to bovine-sourcing unless otherwise stated. If that’s not a concern, be prepared to be ramped up in all phases of your vitamin-minerals-herbs game.
Note, too, its value: Here Carlyle offers an ample 10mg of Bioperine in a 120-capsules bottle, and at an elite low price. – (Was this of use? If so, let me know by clicking, “Helpful.” Cheers!)
