The ingredient list on this supplement is very fun – all the veggies and things we should be eating, but don’t often get every day. Capsules are fairly small and easy to take, there’s a ton in the bottle, and it’s an extra nutrient boost. Smells a little like echinacea capsules of my childhood.

I was taking complex b supplement from Costco that cause me gas causing me to burp that nasty vitamin after taste. Anyway this one don’t cause me to burp even when I take them in empty stomach. High quantity for the price.

I detest taking b-vitamins, but as a vegetarian it’s pretty necessary. Usually it’s the smell that gets me. I used to work in a supplement store where the b-complex section had natural light and by the afternoon the smell in the area could be overwhelming. Since I’ve had a knee-jerk reaction to it, and smelling it is awful. Worse when I take a b-vitamin and just taste it all day. These aren’t bad. Better than most I’ve taken.
Most whole food blend companies charge such a huge premium. I love that this has the methyl forms of a couple of vitamins, should work well for a good spectrum of people. Percentages aren’t too high on anything as to be irritating or overstimulating. One capsule dose is super convenient.
So far this has been great, particularly for the price, eight month supply. Low odor, can take anytime. Vegetarian capsule. Love that the brand is tested and GMP. Just about perfect.

It’s difficult to just say a vitamin or supplement is good or bad unless something about it really stands out. This b complex has the best form of each item so in that regard, I call it very good. I have one little qualm, and that’s that it smells different than any other b complex I’ve had in my 67 yrs. Generally the odor of the B vitamins is what stands out in any multi vitamin or food products that has added vitamins. I do trust Carlyle though and I know that they go through 3rd party testing so I’m giving it 5 stars. It has a great complex mix.

Good quantity, quality, and price. Better than the similar multivitamin at big box and drug stores. Uses methylated forms of organic whole foods – including brewer’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) source of B vitamins, protein, and minerals.
