Having tested an upwards of a 100+ brands of acne patches, I know pretty quickly if the patches work for my skin or not. I usually put these on before bed and by morning I’ll either see some gunk sucked onto the dots or not. I know not all breakouts are the same, some are deeper down and some are on the surface so I understand results will vary. However, I usually put them on all the different breakout spots due to hormonal acne, so even if one of the patches have gunk in the morning that’s considered somewhat of a “success”.
These patches are surprisingly a bit more gooey and sticky than all the hydrocolloid patches I’ve used. By sticky I don’t mean how well it sticks on my skin but you can see the hydrocolloid material stretch and bounce back. I’m not sure I like this because it makes it a littler hard to peel off the backing film. I did damage one or two patches because it got all crinkled up and wonky. I’m not entirely a fan of the consistency of this patch because of this.
The patches have a nice smell to it, I assume it is the calendula and chamomile. It is just a light smell, not overwhelming or anything and I don’t smell it once the patches are on my face. I do have to add that they only advertised the “unique blend of calming calendula and soothing chamomile, as well as Ayurvedic herbs like Centella Asiatica and aloe” on this Amazon page but it isn’t listed on the box or the foil sealed pouches. There is no mention of these ingredients on the box.
I did put several before I went to bed and in the morning I did see some of the patches turn slightly cloudy and one had a tiny bit of gunk on it. All the patches were accounted for and none was lost during the tossing and turning at night. These do stick well. Overall I have to say these patches do work to suck out some gunk but it isn’t my absolutely favorite one to use. It does stick well on the skin but the initial peel off is a bit too sticky and gooey. This is a decent one to try and at least I know it does work for my skin.

My husband tried using these patches several times and they’d end up falling off very quickly, making them ineffective. We’ve never had this problem with other brands; unfortunately, these just wouldn’t work for us and I would not recommend purchasing.

I had to wait a while for a pimple to show up so that I could give these a shot, and finally it happened. I like that there are three different sizes on the sheet, as I wanted a small one for the small blemish on my cheek near my nose, but I wanted a larger one for the larger pimple that annoyingly sprung up on the back of my neck.
I have oily skin, and I discovered that the one on my face just didn’t want to adhere as well, presumably because of how oily my nose is. I took the first one off, rewashed and dried my face, and tried again with a slightly larger patch, and that one stuck and stayed on all night. The one on my neck stayed on overnight even as I slept, so that was nice.
In the morning, both pimples were dramatically smaller, and it moved up the timeline of fading away considerably. I just know that I have to be very thorough in washing my skin and drying beforehand, so the patches will stay. Another positive note about the patches is the smell. I don’t know how to describe the scent, other than to say it’s light and smells fresh and clean. It was very pleasant. I’m pretty satisfied with this product.

This pimple patches really help me when I’m busy studying and start breaking out from stress. They blend in pretty easy to the skin and have a texture that allows makeup to be layered on top if you wish to conceal them.

I love the different sizes that these pimple patches come in. They are very convenient to use on my blemishes and they stay on without any problems. I like that I can actually wear these out in the daytime if I need to, although I prefer to use them overnight.

I’m a huge fan of hydrocolloid patches for acne, and I have a large collection of different sizes and styles from a variety of brands. Unfortunately, this is not a brand I’ll be purchasing again.
I was really hopeful about the quality of these patches because the branding and packaging were really nice. Each sheet of patches came sealed in it’s own resealable foil packet. The patches are thick, and at first I thought they adhered well.
However, I had one yawn and I felt one of them pop right off my face! My skin isn’t going to get clear like that! I put six patches on before bed, and when I woke up, there were only two left on my face. The others were stuck to my pajamas, pillow, and hair. Not Awesome!
If you choose to wear these when you’ll sit still, don’t speak, and do not rub up against anything, then you’ll be fine. That’s not my life, and these aren’t my patches. 🤷🏻♀️ I hope this helps!
