It doesn’t work as it claims it does. But it does help you drop some pounds slowly. I won’t buy it again. But if you work out I believe it would be more beneficial. I don’t because my knees are bad, I’m 70 & babysit my youngest granddaughter & that’s enough for me. Good luck…

I am a big fan of Caralluma. Being a lifelong dieter it is so nice to have a product that helps me not being hungry. There has been much research on it since it has been used in India for quite some time during famine etc. It works!
I take two caplets in the morning with a big glass of water well before I put the first bite in my mouth. Then I go about my business. I eat small meals, NOT junk. Lots of veggies-cooked- and chicken or fish…fresh fruits and drink water. And I walk.20 minutes every day-I have a dog so that is easy. Started swimming.
I no longer believe in magic pills…I am old enough to know that nothing will happen without me putting a little of my own effort in….
Overall: it works. It is merely a tool so I can make better dietary choices. The rest is up to ME.
