I had been having difficulty reading labels when trying to decide which products I should buy. After much research, I decided to try this pro duct to help keep my eyes healthy.
I wasn’t expecting too much success, but I have experienced a very positive change in my vision, with and without my contacts in.
I recommend this product to everyone! Even if there’s nothing wrong with your vision right now, strengthening your vision is something that won’t hurt, and can possibly be of great benefit in later years.

This is my favorite brand of Eyebright. However, I wish they would do the math and realize logically that with the dosage of Eyebright being 2 caps—the quantity per bottle SHOULD be 120. I have many of my vitamins on an Amazon subscription every 2 months, but I have to keep an extra bottle of these on hand to fill the gap in days. Odd!
I also take their ‘Alive Woman’s Ultra Potency’ multivitamin, it is excellent.
I take this Eyebright along with other supplements for my eyesight: Solary Bilberry 60mg, Solgar Lutein 40mg, and Solgar Beta-Carotine 25,000 IU. I’ve taken this combination for over 2 decades. I am 64 years old, worked on computers for over 30 years, and do not require eyeglasses full time—only occasionally with very small print.
I have tried other brands, but all of those work the best for me. (+ getting Vitamin A naturally in foods.) Most of the “eyesight health” blends offered have too low of a strength of each nutrient, or additional unwanted ingredients such as gingko.
When taking a handful of vitamins every day, make it easier on yourself to keep up the routine up by getting 4 of these pillboxes: ‘EZY DOSE Weekly (7-Day) Pill Organizer, Vitamin Case and Medicine Box, Clear Lids, 2X-Large’, and pour out your supplements for 28 days. Snap a rubber band around each to prevent accidents, then double wrap 3 (keep 1 separate) in large ziplocks and store in the fridge to keep them fresh. (Also store any fat-soluble oil caps in fridge, especially in summer months. Stock up ahead on those to prevent bottles sitting in hot mail trucks & mailboxes!)
Careful choice of supplements that YOUR particular body needs (rather than fad-driven), is the best health insurance. Of course, along with eating non-GMO foods, and getting exercise in fresh air. 🙂
