The worst quality control I’ve ever seen in capsules, all different sizes, warped, 2 same size capsules in one, dont even know why or how, out of the 1000 I had to toss about half, couldn’t return because I was past the 30 days, avoid this brand at all cost.

This is my second time purchasing these. They come separated (tops from bottoms), which saves a lot of time. They were packaged securely, they work as advertised and they arrived in a timely manner. When or if I need more, I would not hesitate to order them again.

These come with both half’s and when pushed together they stay. They help my routine supplements be more routine and they go down super easy. They don’t get stuck!

Many of the pieces were deformed from close packing, so that they were no longer properly round. This was especially true of the cap pieces (small pieces).
When put in the pill making machine, the misshapen pieces destroy themselves, making it necessary to pry the body piece out of the machine, scattering powder all over the place.
Some pills even separate after assembly, spilling into the storage container.
Pre-assembled capsules take longer, since you have to separate them to put them in the machine, but they are still faster, and much less messy, as all of the capsules are guaranteed to go together correctly, so no wrestling to clean the machine after each batch.

This product came with all bodies and no caps. And only “half” the amount of bodies in the caps bag. Which makes me think they may do it by weight. But total waste of money and not supported by Amazon’s standards. No replacement or refund available. And can only contact the company directly through an online form that they will not respond to. Absolutely save yourself the loss and pick a different product. Wasted money on a product that can’t be used. I tried to make the bodies fit together. That is a losing battle.

These are good capsules, However they vacuum packthem so tight, that the covers get misshapen, and don’t work with my capsule machine, unfortunately. So I have to manually cap each one, which takes more time. Other than that, they are quality capsules and cheaper than the others on here.
