Sea moss supplements in particular are prone to fly by night brands listing junk on amazon. So it’s nice to find one that feels like I can actually trust that the manufacturer vetted it and confirmed the quality of ingredients. It might not be the most premium version, but it’s at least something you can trust.
Worth a try, might not be the most worthwhile supplement to add permanently but it does seem to have some benefit.

Does It Help?
Yes it does. This helps me with so many things. Recently I discovered that the natural ingredients in supplements like this and other anti-inflammatories are actually BETTER for prostate and p flow than Saw Palmetto! This is also good for my heart and memory and mental clarity! It’s just awesome.

Both Sea Moss and Shilajit are a good source of micronutrients that are not typically found in the average food diet. Shilajit is formed from a wide variety of plants, perhaps hundreds or even thousands of unique plants and Sea Moss absorbs micronutrients from seawater. There are a large number of benefits claimed for both Shilajit and Sea Moss but what I experienced was a feeling of well being and increased energy.
The product came quickly and was well packed with tamper evident seals and the capsules themselves appear to be produced with care. There was no lose powder in the container or half filled capsules in the container. My only concern is why the capsules were so lightly colored if they contain Shilajit but that is likely due to the amount of Sea Moss powder in them. Food grown on overfarmed lands can lack micronutrients your body needs to perform at optimum levels so Sea Moss and Shilajit can be a good supplement to consider.
