This is an excellent vitamin combo pack, in my opinion. Many women are low in D3 and K2, D, especially during winter in the northern hemisphere, which is what happens to me. I like that this combines them both, the capsule is fairly small and easy to swallow too. At one per day (which I love), this is approximately a three month’s supply, so I think this is a decent value.

I started taking vitamin D3 in 2020 when I heard the benefits of it helping with your immune system. I wasn’t sure of the dosage so initially I was taking 10,000 IU, and then 5,000, and also I’ve tried 2,000 capsules. I feel that 5,000 is the perfect amount for me in the winter time because I need more immune support at this time of year and I am receiving less sunlight here in the snowy northeast. I also receive D3 in a few other supplements and multivitamins that I take.
Since these are 10,000 IU, I am taking one of these every other day and it is working well for me. These arrived in just a heavy ziploc pouch, which is a little strange. I think every supplement I’ve ever used has been in plastic, or in a rare case, glass jars. My order arrived fine, but in a pouch like this I would think the supplements could get squished the delivery process.
It is nice these capsules also include vitamin K2 because that is what helps your body use the D3 for your immune system, and if you just take D3 then you could get a vitamin K deficiency.
My vitamin D3 story — When I started taking it in 2020, I couldn’t believe how much better it made me feel. I really think I was lacking it in my diet and after less than a week I just felt better all around. My mood and energy levels were much improved. If I could recommend one vitamin to people this would be it.
It was then I knew that I would continue taking these after the pandemic and I have nearly every day since. There are days in the summer I don’t take if I’ve gotten a lot of sunlight, and I may go back to 2000 IUs in the summer, but I will take D3 and K2 for the rest of my life.

WHAT I LIKE & LOVE:
Seem easy to swallow
There are 120/package.
They’re in softgel form.
They’re D3 form.
They have vitamin K2 and coconut oil in them to help ensure they get into your bones and teeth and don’t calcify in your arteries.
The K2 form is MK7.
They do have good notes about supplementing, not substituting and to check with your doctors before taking, etc.
WHAT I DISLIKE:
First, let’s address the dosing. It says serving size is 1 softgel. It also says that 1 softgel has 10,000 IUs of vitamin D3. That’s an excellent amount for one softgel.
For many people, that’s enough for one day, unless they’re very deficient. However, the package elsewhere says to take 2 softgels/day. That’s 20,000 IUs/day. Someone like myself, who needs that much, can be fine with that much at once. An average person who isn’t deficient, will not likely need that much each day.
To me, this is a a marketing ploy to get you to use them faster. Instead of taking one/day, which enough for many people IF the label is accurate, which would last about 4 months, they want you to take 2/day and use them up in about 2 months. For the current price of about $10, that’s still a great deal.
They don’t come in a bottle. That’s okay, but I would prefer a bottle. My suggestion if you like a bottle, too, is to save an old, dark bottle and put them into it and save, or take pics of the package these come in for reference.
They have an interesting smell. It’s not bad. It’s also not like coconut, like some have. I’m not sure what it is, but I wasn’t expecting it. There’s also no freshness pack, unless it’s down at the bottom and I’m just not seeing it yet.
It says something about refrigerating them after receiving them to prevent discoloration. Well, as you can see, it looks translucent. That’s because they have coconut oil in them and that happens when that oil gets below room temperature. It’s not a real concern. As long as they don’t stick together, that’s not a concern. I do live in a hot, dry climate where that is a concern for a lot of the year. If you do, too, then yeah, feel free to refrigerate them. Right now, it’s not that hot, so I’m not going to do that.
They have glycerin in them. 1. I’m not a fan of it, and feel they could’ve done without it, like other brands do. 2. They don’t say which form the glycerin is.
These are not vegan, since they’re in a gelatin softgel. For me, that’s fine, since I’m not a vegan, but if you are, skip these ones. There are brands that do sell vegan D3 softgels.

These Vitamin D3 (10,000 IU) and K2 (200 mcg) softgels offer a potent combination for bone, immune, and cardiovascular health. The high-quality formulation supports calcium absorption and proper distribution, reducing the risk of calcification in arteries. The softgels are small, easy to swallow, and free of unnecessary fillers. However, the high dosage may not suit everyone, so consulting a healthcare professional is essential before use. Ideal for those with specific deficiencies or higher daily requirements.

Tamiodfo Vitamin D3 K2 Softgels
During the summer, the skin produces vitamin D. During the winter, oral vitamin D can help replace that lost vitamin D.
Tamiodfo Vitamin D is a higher dose than most formulations, and the cost is very low. The form of vitamin K2 is menaquinone-7, which is best for proper absorption.
I was concerned that there was no statement on the package concerning Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as established by the USA Food and Drug Administration, and no statement concerning third party analysis for purity. That concern was alleviated when I saw on the package that they also sell in France, and the UK. Both France and the UK have much higher standards for manufacturing and purity of supplements than the USA.
The cost per unit for Tamiodfo vitamin D with K is very reasonable.
I would recommend Tamiodfo Vitamin D and K to a good friend for quality and value for money. I will take it myself with the assurance than I am taking a quality product.
