I usually take Lion’s Mane, but wanted to add the extra mushrooms. This is perfect, it has 16 mushrooms in one capsule. It is a very easy to swallow, regular size capsule with no odd aftertaste. Really great product that I continue to take.

So I tried these mushroom supplements for just over a month after a couple of friends started boasting about the benefits of mushrooms and things of the such. I did these for about six maybe eight weeks and didn’t see a difference. Now the only difference I did see which could have been coincidental was once I quit taking them I got sick for 4 days in bed like taking a c*vid test sick (negative thank God) but super sick nonetheless. Was it related or not I’ll never know but I won’t be trying the rest of the bottle. So take and try or even stop at your own risk as with any supplements you put in your body. Price seems fairly reasonable had I felt it worked for me personally.

This product did everything right: all organic mushrooms, interesting blend of agaricus with lions mane, plenty of betaglucans in each pill to help build the immune system etc. Problem is I sent two emails to the support email listed on the product and got no response.
SUPER SKETCHY
Nice that it’s “made in USA”, but if they don’t even respond to an inquiry it’s hard to trust what’s in there. There are too many companies making crap and slapping these buzz labels on there just to turn a dollar, how we the consumer know the difference is by customer support.

We use more than a couple supplements. It’s not always possible to know how well each is working individually when taken with others. Over the years I have learned to use the label and the ad to judge the quality of a supplement. I use not only what IS there, but also what isn’t there.

PROS:
NO Fillers!
Made in USA (claim is in ad and title, but not on product – i LOVE when it’s ON the label!)
Some (not all) of the mushrooms are organic
Price is decent at 22¢ per serving, making it less than $7 per month
CONS:
I like when the made in country is on the label, I especially like to see “Proudly made in the USA”

Uses a BLEND. The use of blends, or complexes, hides the amount of each individual ingredient. The amount may change from batch to batch, and as long as the total amount of the blend stays the same, the label doesn’t change and the consumer is not informed. I want to be an informed consumer – I want to know exactly how much of EACH ingredient is in my supplement.
In this case, 10 of the 16 ingredients total 150 mg. That’s a paltry 15 mg of each, IF they’re present in even amounts.
While Gudomet has a website, it is not complete, has errors, is brand new, and they don’t sell their supplements on their site. To buy from their site, there is a button to ‘buy on Amazon’.
Apparently, they even had their site named Godumet. When I open their site, the name in the tab is Godumet, not Gudomet. Other than their site, no other information comes up for a company search.
I looked up the address from the label. It defaults to Maine Ave, as though there is no Maene Ave in Rochester MN as listed on the label.
When a company makes mistakes on their label and on their site, I wonder what mistakes they may have made with their product.
I’m not sure about this company. It’s inexpensive enough to try, but look at the amounts for each ingredient and maybe do some comparisons. If you have already used a similar product, this one is cheap enough to try. Compare it to your others.
