Start slow before increasing the amount. I’ve had this before as a Tea so I’m getting used to the dosage.

Also, if you’re taking daily, be careful about seratonin syndrome (namely a concern if you’re on an SSRI or have specific other medications/drugs)

This supplement is designed to support your immunity and mental well-being. I didn’t feel anything after taking the bottle for a few weeks, but then I noticed a gradual, subtle shift. I found that I was more even with my reactions to stress at work and feel like this is evening out my mood swings and reactions. I think you have to take this supplement for 60 – 90 days before you feel the real impact. Unfortunately, the cost of this bottle puts this supplement out of my budget at this time.
The recommended dose is 1 capsule up to 3x a day. The capsules are easy to swallow and are odorless and flavorless. They come in a sleek looking black bottle. There are only 30 capsules inside each bottle so, if you take 3 a day, it will only last 10 days. If you take 1 a day, it will last 1-month.

Product shipped quickly and arrived intact. I tend to notice some calming effect from taking kanna, especially from this brand. I’ve tried a different brand before and haven’t noticed quite the same effect. My impression is that this product seems to have a better quality for this particular supplement. However, the effect is fairly mild overall, and I feel that the price is quite high (currently at $37.95/bottle). I didn’t experience any GI issues or other adverse effects while taking this product.

This NUTRITION brand MegaKANNECT South African Kanna supplement provides focus, cognitive and energetic support as well as a number of other potential health support functions. You can take from one to three capsules each day. The capsules are flavorless and easy to swallow. The South African Kanna plant has been consumed for generations in South Africa however there have not been conclusive studies about its effectiveness or use. Since I have been taking this supplement I have not noticed any differences or had any bad effects however it may take any supplement 60-90 days of use to display any noticeable benefits.

I saw no difference between normal and these. 50mg vs 100mg and the 100 is considered less. I wouldn’t recommend.
