Noticed a big improvement in stomach comfort after about a week of taking these. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t cause any nausea like some zinc supplements.

Force Factor Zinc L-Carnosine capsules have been a game-changer for my digestive health. After struggling with occasional bloating and discomfort, these capsules provided noticeable relief. They promote easy digestion and help optimize nutrient absorption, making me feel healthier overall. I appreciate the antioxidant protection, too—it’s great knowing I’m supporting my body against oxidative stress. The capsules are vegan, non-GMO, and free from artificial additives, which gives me peace of mind about what I’m taking. Plus, they’re made in the USA with rigorous quality testing. If you’re looking for a high-quality digestive supplement, I can’t recommend these enough!

I got this to test free, so I might be a little forgiving since I didn’t have to put any money into it; however, I think it is helping. I am over forty. I run. I drink more than I should. I smoked for years. And I work on my feet. The last few weeks have been pretty busy and I haven’t felt any more tired. In fact, I have felt less tired than usual. I know it claims to be for digestive health, but L-Carnosine is in a lot of general wellness and recovery supplements. I am not sure it has been effective since I have only taken it a short time, but it certainly hasn’t hurt. Plus, I haven’t had any negative effects and the pills are very small. You could get ten times more in the bottle.

There’s a fair amount of scientific evidence that Zinc L-Carnosine works better than zinc alone for stomach and muscle issues. I get a fair amount of dietary zinc (and too much zinc can interfere with copper absorption) so I’ve only been using one pill per day to stay under the US RDA for zinc. It has helped calm my stomach down.

I’ve typically used straight Zinc supplements for the potential immunity boost, but I’ve stopped taking those while I try this product to avoid any toxicity concerns; I recommend you do your own research on that topic, before trying. I figure I’ll get the advantages claimed by this product while still obtaining the benefits of Zinc. So far, so good. After about 3 weeks of usage, I’ve noticed less gas and bloating (as advertised), although that may, in part, also be attributable to probiotics I’m newly trying. I feel this is a worthwhile product, but the L-Carnosine ingredient really adds to the price of the Zinc. Conversely, if you’re primarily after the benefits of L-Carnosine, this product is like getting Zinc for “free”. You’ll have to determine the cost/benefit for you.

This is a great supplement for recovery. Especially helpful for athletes, people with digestive issues and people with zinc depletion due to things like ADHD. I have yet to see any obvious benefits but I’m fairly confident this is a good thing to be taking as zinc has largely been stripped from soils and carnosine makes a great addition to any active person’s regimen.
I agree with another reviewer that the bottle is way too large. The capsules are tiny and easy to swallow, and take up just a tenth of the bottle’s volume. Put these in a small container and you’re golden.

Zinc is good but to combine it with L-carnosine is actually very interesting. I love it. The pills are a bit small and not difficult to swallow and I dont have any problems with taste or side effects. Do your research because the benefits might extend past the digestion health. Overall, I recommend this. Pricing isnt too bad either

I’m happy with these supplements overall. As someone who is prone to gastric discomfort, these pills are a good option to have on hand. I’ve been taking them as needed for the past couple weeks (most mornings after my coffee) and they do help to settle my stomach a bit. It only lasts an hour or two, and it doesn’t completely eliminate it, but it does provide some temporary soothing. I also like that they appear to be good quality, given the relatively simple ingredients list and the condition of the pills themselves. They are not chalky or crumbly and they dissolve quickly; I notice effects within a few minutes of ingestion. The pills are also very small which is nice (see pic). Much better than having to gulp down pills the size of almonds.
All that said, the effects are a bit lackluster and you don’t get a ton of servings for this price (approx. $20 at time of review). And yes, a serving is two pills. There are other options out there for half this price that are made with nearly the exact same ingredients. I just don’t think there’s quite enough value in these pills for a five star rating.
