Trying Stuff Since 2022 –
While I know ACV is good for me, at least in theory, the main reason I love this product is the iodine! I get almost none in my diet, and that has been a concern for a while. I took this for two days, and I swear I noticed a difference when I was at work the next day. I was less “foggy” and just had more energy and clarity. I felt like I’d been half asleep in the past, and this was the first time I was fully awake. Nothing else changed in my diet or sleep patterns, so I really believe it was this product. I’m very excited to continue taking it to see what other differences I notice. I’ll probably be a repeat customer!

A lot of this is written in Spanish, but that doesn’t bother me. I know what it is & how Apple Cider Vinegar benefits the body from stabilizing weight & speeding up the metabolism, to strengthening the immune system & helping with blood pressure. It’s such an asset to take on a day to day basis.
The recommended dose is 1-3 capsules per day, but 1 is just enough ACV for my personal liking. That means it will last for 75 days, (2.5 months) for the price tag of $19.99. I find that quite fair for this supply. I haven’t had any weird tasting burps, and the capsules are super easy to swallow, and I have a narrow throat, so…
Don’t ruin your tooth enamel with straight up liquid apple cider that tastes SO awful. (Been there) Gummies are good, but contain sugar, have a bit of an odd taste (these ACV ones) & get caught in your teeth. This is a great way to get your daily ACV & reap the numerous medical rewards 👍!! The rewards can be looked up online, but they are MANY!!

Trying Stuff Since 2022 –
It’s hard for me to drink Apple Cider Vinegar.
I can never get used to it.
So this item is perfect for someone like me!
This product has been great addition to my daily suppliments. 1-3 capsules a day with meals (prefered)
I haven’t noticed any side effects or heartburn.
Easy to drink and color is Green!
Smells similar to Spirulina.
Now I can take this insted of drinking ACV!

It is a complex, so in addition to vinegar it includes B6, iodine and potassium.
The price seems rather high, but it is a 75 day supply.
In my experience, this is probably the safest way to take vinegar on your teeth. Drinking is off the table due to taste, and I noticed worse teeth sensitivity after taking gummies for a couple of months.

Although nothings been proven about the effects of apple cider vinegar in the scientific world, I like to take it to aid in digestion, and overall gut well-being. This capsule is easy to swallow, I’ve had no issues with an upset stomach. It smells fresh. It’s recommended you take this on an empty stomach prior to meals for maximum benefit.

This could be a better option for those who want the benefits of apple cider vinegar without potentially damaging their teeth from drinking the acidic ACV. What’s nice about these tablets is that they include additional nutrients that could be beneficial for supporting metabolism: iodine, vitamin b-6, kelp, bromelain, spirulina.
But of course you should check with your doctor first to ensure these are safe for you!
My one complaint is that the price at $20 seems a bit high for what you get.
