I bought these mainly for appetite suppression…did not suppress it at all. “Perhaps” this supplement is beneficial for some other things but for the purpose I bought it for, it did not work for me. In fact, I felt my appetite increased. I have since stopped taking them and im back to my “normal” appetite and working on just eating better foods and eating them in small portions and reducing my stomach tolerance. I wish I had the discipline for exercise as well but as it gets warmer out, I will go for 2-3 miles walks to aid in weight loss. I have come to discover many of the “gimicks” or “claims” vitamins or supplements make are just that and nothing else. We were not meant to be controlled by supplements. Its proper diet, frequent small food intake, and exercise that will work 100% every time. Im done with buying vitamins/supplements unless directed by a doctor for other purposes. Ive tried so many for different things and all have failed. I am going to Stick with the way God created us to live. Proper and wholesome food with some exercise. Plain and simple. This is not a slight against the company who sold it and shipped it to me. No problems with them. Just the claims and actual results of the supplement I have a problem with.

This is the first and ONLY diet pill that has ever worked for me in my whole LIFE. I won’t say I have tried everything but I have tried some popular ones including Garcinia Cambodia and Keatones which did nothing for me. What I love most about these pills is that they are so easy to take, just two pills every morning after breakfast (which is usually tea for me during the school week) and I am set for the rest of the day! I did have high hopes for this product because of the reviews and because I already liked apple cider vinegar as a natural dietary aid so I was stoked to find this natural diet pill. However I was still surprised at how effective this pill was.
This product significantly reduced my cravings for food especially fast food & sweets, which has never happens with me before. My diets always fail because I end up seeing my favorite food somewhere and I can’t resist temptation. But with these I feel like my mind is stronger, I can say “no, I don’t need that” and go about my day. I’m not sure if this is a placebo because I was also loosing some weight before I stared taking these and I was already serious about my new diet but I did notice that the weight just started melting off about a week and a half into taking these pills. Either way I am super happy and feel great! With the weight losss my skin has also improved and acne has gone away.
I think that a diet is about how much effort and accountability you put into it, one thing I did this time arround that I never did before was I started a weight log and baught an accurate scale. Every morning and night I weigh myself and give a brief summary of what I’ve eaten. I have always seen this technique been promoted as a good way to help you loose weight but I thought I didn’t need it since I wasn’t really obese, really I just didn’t want to face my bad decisions. If you are serious about your diet and want an extra boost to keep you going I think this is a great product. But no matter what product you buy, don’t expect to just sit arround changing nothing and shed the pounds.

I like this product so far. I am almost done with the bottle and what I can say is that it definitely works for me to suppress hunger. I have noticed that when I used it for dinner I would not wake up starving in the morning or when I take it in the morning it keeps me from thinking about food and wanting to overeat through the night(I was testing for changes in my hunger). Now I don’t notice any changes with the detox side of this, but maybe my face is more clear than it was when I wasn’t using it, I’m not sure. But I do know this works on helping me not overeat. I love food and sometimes my cravings are not the best. Being food focused at the wrong times is distracting and so this helped me not be food focused.
Other things about this product is it still has an apple cider vinegar smell. It only hits you when you open the bottle. I don’t notice it after I take the two capsules out and close the bottle. Also sometimes when you take it you can faintly taste the apple cider vinegar, but it only faint and it goes away and doesn’t leave an aftertaste at all.
I will buy it again because it works for me and my needs. Hopefully it works for you to.

I was kind of hesitant about trying these. I’ve been taking apple cider vinegar pills for three months now as part of my weight loss regimen. These seemed outrageously expensive compared to the store brands, lol. But one of my friends kind of talked me into it, and I’m glad she did.
These seem to be way more potent than the generic ones you can buy from a local drug store. I’ve doubled my daily weight loss since I started taking them. Yeah! That’s really impressive.
It’s important to take these (or any other diet related pills) right before you eat, so they can metabolize WITH the food. Apple cider vinegar in particular aids with digestion, which of course increases the efficacy of your metabolism. But there’s another great thing about them….
… they help with digestive issues, as well. Heartburn, crohn’s, celiac, etc. My family has been using apple cider for at least the past four generations to deal with our genetic digestive problems, which normally can lead to a ton of weight loss and pain.
Apple cider vinegar TOTALLY balances your digestion, and thus improves your body’s absorption of nutrients and efficacy in burning the “fuel” you take in.
These in particular are probably equal to two or three of the store brand capsules. So while they may appear more expensive per pill, once you factor in the efficacy, it’s actually quite cheaper.
